“I definitely recommend you give this gym a try! Forget what you picture when you think “gym”. This place is really where you go work out with family. Because that’s what the trainers Kevin and Stephanie become. Family. I’ve lost weight and inches since going. But what I’ve gained far outweighs the loss. I feel stronger, healthier, more confident, and proud of myself for doing things I’ve never been able to do before.
