They were so mean for nothing. Literally the manager and this other employee had an attitude literally not it.

Hit or miss. Some of the workers are nice.. while a few are obviously annoyed with having to help their customers.

Great customer service never had an issue, with them. The employees always there to help, if they can't the manager is always ready to help.

Got new phones here yesterday around 4:45 pm. Won't charge, buggy, shuts off. Came back in today trying to get store manager Jesse to exchange for different kind. He tried to get money out of me, wouldn't help, wouldn't give me his managers name. Threw me and my elderly disabled husband out of the store in almost 100 degree weather. We were out there on phone with customer service an hour to hour and a half. He refused to serve us and called me a liar about trying to get another monthly payment out of us not even 16 hours after buying them. On our way to different store to do what we came here to do, then to ER (heat, migraines) then our attorney. Somebody's paying medical I don't have insurance. Save yourself ALOT of time and money. Go to Fayetteville where customer service is sending us.

Friendly helpful employees. Store no longer carries cases or screen protectors for the phone I "upgraded" to 6 months ago & was getting my replacement phone thru insurance...so I guess when it breaks again (b/c ... no screen protector) they can let me $15 of the copays, for the new phone, since that what a protector would have cost me, instead of the $50? B/c that seems only fair

(This review applies only to the Siloam springs store because I've dealt with the rest of them and their service is great) poor customer service. Not very friendly staff. Your better off going to any other metro authorized deal
