I am deeply saddened to hear Siloam is losing our local Radio Shack. Why? Because people shop online. I understand, I shop online also but so many times I needed something and if Radio Shack didn't have it in stock they would go out of their way to find it and order it for me. I read a couple of reviews that said no one would help them or they felt like they weren't important as customers. I say nothing could be further from the truth, at least in my MANY experiences shopping there. I don't know how many times I was in the store and another customer would walk in and he would either say "I'll be right with you" or if I wasn't in a rush I would tell him to go ahead and help them and I could wait. So many times people would come in after already buying something online and ask for advice on how to hook it up or use it. I bet you wouldn't like it if you were trying to run a business and people constantly did that to you! And when it comes to electronics it can be very hard and confusing trying to match an item. So after over 40 years in business we are losing the only truly electronic store in Siloam Springs. He tried... very hard.

Great, fast service! They had exactly what I needed for my work. Which was 120 resistors, with them being local and having them they kept our plant running today.

My family has done business with this store for many years now and have had excellent service within the store and at home when a service call was needed. We have been very please with the manager/owner and store attendant.

If i could leave zero stars I would. November 23rd i placed an order for a laptop screen. I was told it would arrive by December 3rd. I paid $250 up front, they claimed since it was for a screen, they would need payment before they ordered it. It is now January 11th. I called a couple times over the last month and was told various things but the last call 2 weeks ago I was told the screen was in Texas. So I thought awesome It should be here soon! But nope. I called the store today and asked for a tracking number on the screen and he said he was busy and didn't have time to provide. I asked for a corporate number, he laughed and said they were independently owned. I asked for owner/manager info and he laughed and said Ill have a tech call you tomorrow, thank you and hung up on me. It feels like they stole my money. Oh and guess what....no refund on computer Items. Store credit only. Sounds a little suspicious to me too. Hopefully they make this right or this could be a legal issue.

Sooo bad, steal parts from your phone and dont even give you your money back they want to add things everything there the price would go up just so bad please dont go there going somewhere in springdale or somewhere else that place bad bad bad!!!!

So I went in today to let them repair my phone screen and they did that but now my front and rear camera don't work and they forgot my sim card and the whole metal slide piece it goes in. Will be going in tomorrow Tuesday in hopes I can get that back I spent over 300 dollars in the store hopefully they can make it right

Nice to see the old Radio Shack logo. Was in town visiting relatives and stopped by for an iPhone charging cord. Unfortunately we could not find what we were looking for and the only employee was with a client the entire time and did not engage or greet us. Ended up purchasing from Walmart. Store seemed somewhere cluttered and could use a makeover. Not like the old Radio Shack I remembered with the "Ding Ding" sound as you entered.
