Siloam Self Storage is an awesome and highly recommended storage facility. Customers love the easy online rental and autopay setup, describing it as easy peasy with a set-it-and-forget-it convenience. The environment is very relaxed but always secure. While there were some problems after a change in ownership, all issues have been straightened out and everything is running smooth again with the new management. The people are extremely understanding and easy to work with, helping out in any way possible when contacted. They are responsive, as when a unit was broken into, they were right on it ensuring police were called.
Great price and manager, better than the last storage company I worked with

In the stressful moments of moving its always refreshing having someone whose on top of it to help you through it. James was super helpful, the kind that puts faith back into humanity. Very informative about our unit & expectations! Thank you so much

I would definitely recommend Siloam Springs Self Storage. Very clean, reasonably priced units and great customer service. On-site manager, Jeff, is very welcoming and helpful with the rental process. 5 Stars
