I was very happy with the quick repair but not pleased with being overcharged for the part. Not only that it being a refurbished part, per your invoice. I could have gotten a new one for one third of what you charged.

We were having problems dealing with the person who hit my car & their insurance. We were forced to look for a car with little information and notice. Del Choate was our salesperson and our car savior. Even when so many possibilities kept falling through (every time a car was found, it was sold before we could even look! Within hours.) We were so frustrated with so many of these instances as well as the insurance company that would dance around us. But Del never gave up and because of him we lucked out on an incredible deal with a great car! His hard work, consistency & dedication paid off…he saved us from so many more headaches. I will recommend him & the dealership to anyone, especially as a starting point because others also worked hard to help in various ways and go over options, other paths, etc. Thank you to Superior and to Del Choate most especially for never giving up on helping us and yet, still never pushed us in any way! What was a very high stress situation was eased with all their help.

I had an early appointment and was met perfectly on time. My representative met me and took me to the waiting room and got me a soda. Such a pleasant young man. He returned and told me about some recall issues and said he’d take care of that for me. Being 74 years old and now taking care of the car on my own (a 2022 Enclave), he was so helpful and I felt well cared for when I left. Thanks, guys

We were able to get our vehicle in for service quickly. The service was completed in a short time. We noticed the air conditioner doesn't get cold, but we didn't think to have them check the freon.

Stellar!!!Informative, attention to detail, honest, direct, efficient, thoughtful of the customer on all levels!!NOT …pushy or intimidating or patronising ??The first place I will go in the future if looking for another vehicle….Justin Manning, sales, is a wonderful person, extremely respectful and considerate.Finance department also at the top of my list for unusually fast direct “non-pushy” service!One of the top 2 car dealership experiences I have had over many years and locations across the country.

I have been a repeat customer since 2000. Always got the vehicle I wanted at a great price and financed. But today, was different. I was told that I couldn't have a truck. I could get an suv, but not a truck. I want a 4wd, 6 passenger truck. I want a combination family vehicle and farm vehicle. An suv does not suit this purpose. That is why I am trading in my Chevy trax. I need open cargo space and towing. And, the trax is too small for how many are in my family now. I guess I will have to shop for my next vehicle at a different dealership. I am no longer a repeat customer.

Superior Chevrolet Buick GMC may take a while to get things done but I must say they do take care of their customers! I primarily dealt with Joe in the service department in Siloam Springs and he was always pleasant with me, even when I was having one of my bad days lolI will always buy my vehicles through that dealership and I will always make sure I have the Black widow package on my vehicles too. Both companies together went over and beyond to take care of me! Thank you Joe & Tim! Ya Tha Bomb!

I called up here yesterday looking for some information about my power steering that’s been going out. I spoke with Heather first who then got me to Stefon. Stefon was so helpful! He was patient and kind and broke things down for me. He really helped point me in the right direction on where to start identifying the problem. He listened to all my questions and repeated himself if needed. Wish I could give him a 10/10 because I’ve never had such great customer service from a dealership service center.
