As if stuffing the mailbox SO FULL with 2 packages when there is a PARCEL LOCKER DIRECTLY BELOW IT(3 DIFFERENT TIMES THIS WEEK THIS CARRIER HAS DONE THIS!!! IT DAMAGES OUR THINGS WHEN YOU CRAM THEM IN TOO TIGHT!!!!!!!!) isn't crappy enough service from our new carrier, I'M MISSING AN ENTIRE PACKAGE that says delivered. Whoever this new carrier is that is handling CW REMINGTON APARTMENTS MAIL NEEDS FIRED. I literally had to damage the package contents in a 10 minute fight to get the package out packages out of thr mailbox. I had to open package and remove the contents one by one to finally free it. And yet they put ONE of 3 packages into the parcel locker. WHY NOT PUT THEM ALL IN THERE? IT HAD A TON OF ROOM LEFT! NO! INSTEAD THEY CRAMMED THE BOX FULL OF 2 PACKAGES WHI H IS ACTUALLY MORE WORK THAN USONG THE STUPID PARCEL LOCKER WAS!!!!! He does this EVERYTIME I get a package. Doesn't care if its too big or not. Just crams it in the mail box. TOO LAZY TO USE OPEN A PARCEL LOCKER AND USE IT. THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE. And now I'm MISSING PACKAGES TOO, likely because this new carrier SUCKS AT THEIR JOB. IT SAYS DELIVERED yet it wasn't. WE DEPEND ON OUR MAIL. HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN DO THE JOB RIGHT.

This 5 star rating is for the staff at the counter. I go to the post office 2-3 times a week. The gentlemen there are always friendly, patient, and kind. I know USPS has its faults eith delivery times/losing things, but these guys do their job well.

cant meet their own estimates on delivery even when they push it back over and over again. multiple times of things going out for delivery and nobody ever shows up. they need to hire some decent drivers.

It's baffling to me how the postal carriers in Siloam Springs have the option to just not make home deliveries some days. Our mail is usually delivered 10:00-11:00 most days. Some days no one in our cul-de-sac receives mail. Today, I noticed 3 mailbox flags up at 0800. All three of the mailboxes are still indicating out going mail. No mail has been taken, no mail delivered. This is a common occurrence. It's inexcusable.

Threw a package away for “not enough postage to forward”. Instead of giving the option to pay it you just lose what you bought because the system tells them to trash it. I would say you have a flaw in your system. So apparently don’t move or give them a forwarding address like you are supposed to even if you move within the same town.

This was a nice post office look very clean. Stop here on my way through Arkansas. Keep up the good job. When will company learn to over right whatever system they are using and allow delivery to PO Box. This office had over 7000 boxes and we all get mad because Amazon says they can't deliver to a PO Box. I don't want my package delivered to my house they come up missing.
