I’ve been shopping at this Walmart in Siloam Springs since I moved from California to Arkansas seven years ago. I have to say it’s one of the worst Walmarts I’ve ever been to. The associates are rude, lazy and one of them actually physically assaulted me. I’m a 60 year old happy Christian woman, I always try to find the good in every person- no matter what. So, to deal with being assaulted by a woman more than 30 years younger than me- for no reason other than I asked her for help when she was talking with friends, at least I think that the reason, I tell myself she must be going through something terrible and I just happen to be the one she needed to vent on.
My main issue is with trying to get help, and every associate is deaf when you say, “Excuse me, may I ask you a question?”. It’s not just one or two of them that has done this. I can’t count the times I’ve had to leave the store without getting what I came for because I couldn’t get a single human being to help me. They simply don’t want to be bothered by a customer. This is frustrating beyond words.
Now, on the positive side, I have had 2 good experiences at Walmart in Siloam Springs. I wish I would have asked their names, because they were so kind, and helpful. One of them even took the time to share something funny with me.
Back when I worked in retail, I would never have treated a customer the way Walmart treats customers, not only would I have felt like a horrible person, but I for sure would have been fired!!
“The customer is always right, even when they are wrong”. How did our country fall so far from grace?

I can't believe they have gone to charging pretty much per piece of chicken I will just show pictures of the quality it is nothing but breading there is hardly any chicken in their tenders and they want $5.37 for four tenders that are about 3 inches long maybe 2 and 1/2 absolutely disgusted and disgusting they are overcooked I don't understand there is no quality here whatsoever also just saying I had to throw them away cuz they were so disgusting and so hard I could not eat them waisted 6 bucks ridiculous

Rude workers, always have to hunt an associate down in order to get an answer. Although the workers 9x out of 10 will have no clue on the product or where it is located.

They almost have everything you are looking for, and prices vary. But it's always very crowded...It's gotten a lot better now that there are tills open again..

6/1/24 I was at Walmart supercenter in siloam springs,
As I was scanning items I had 2 pkgs of frozen bisquits I scanned one 2x and placed them in the bag. When I scanned my next item an error came up saying associate on the way. I thought that item did not scan correct. A voice behind me says ma'am I am behind you she asked if I was trying to void something, I sad no I scanned this and the message came up, she stated let's just watch the film and make sure. She had it displayed on the screen on the 3rd time she was watching it was of me scanning the bisquits, I asked this is because I scanned one 2x and placed both in the bag, she only said yes and walked away. I wasn't even sure I could continue scanning, in short I was called a liar and a possible thief way to go walmart employee, pretty sure you should work on how you approach a person. It may be your job, but how about it looks like you may have missed a scan let me pull it up to double check. I am sure if I experience this again you can get me a manager and put your product wherever you would like since I will get it elsewhere.
WAL MART CHECK YOUR EMPLOYEES they need some respect.
