“We've brought five of our family cars to James Simpson Garage over the past couple of years. He always does great work at very fair prices. Always schedule ahead because he usually has a few days of work in the pipeline.”

“Today I was down and out about having to possibly buy a new battery, which I could not afford. I went to Auto Zone in El Dorado, and Kendrick Hayes put my mind at ease by testing my battery and assuring me that it was a good battery. I thought since it was old and cold weather was coming that it was probably not to full capacity. He was genuinely polite and amiable as he instructed me on how to properly clean battery cables and made me feel so much better. It is amazing how a friendly face and a helpful attitude can make a person's day so much better.”

“This store is pretty good in terms of parking on the outside. The employees are very very knowledgeable that I've noticed on just about any and everything in the store. They are a little pricey but who isn't in this small town”

“The workers are really nice but I have some criticism of this of walmarts services.- tires of the same size can be found cheaper on their website (they don't usually stock the cheapest ones)- they will put them on the rim but they do charge (tires were $53 each, bought 3 and was hoping it would come out to about 160-200 but it ended up costing about 240)- IF your vehicle has tires that are not indicated on the inside of the door, they won't put them on the vehicle (this may only matter if you can't change them yourself for whatever reason)- calling the autocenter is almost never successful in my experience- I have called around to the other 7 tire stores in town and walmart is usually (if you go online!) the cheapest. For example, most tire shops wanted about $200 for a particular set of tires, I ended up getting some for $150 at a local shop but if I had been able to wait I could have paid $90 at walmart BUT, they charge for putting it on the rim (though they say its free, it seems factored into other fees) so it might have been about $120 by the end of it for 1 tire.”
