I am extremely disappointed with the customer service my elderly mother experienced at 10 Box. She has health issues, including liver problems, that make it difficult for her to hold her bladder. While in line to check out, she kindly asked the person behind her to hold her spot so she could quickly use the restroom. The person understood and agreed, given her age and condition.
When she returned, she asked the cashier if it was okay to proceed with her checkout, wanting to be considerate and respectful. However, the employee with blue and purple hair treated her very rudely. It was unnecessary and uncalled for. My mother is elderly, naive, and already deals with health struggles—she didn’t deserve to be spoken to in such a dismissive and upsetting manner.
This experience left my mom distressed and hurt. The issue here isn’t whether or not she could hold her spot in line but how the employee treated her. 10 Box should do better in training staff to be compassionate and respectful, especially to elderly customers. I will think twice before returning to this store, knowing that such behavior is tolerated.

This store is VERY organized! The meat looks fresher, and it’s cleaner than another 10 Box store where I shop often. Hands down, they’re worth the drive to Springdale!
