I have always had a high opinion of Aaron’s, at least the location I used in Florida. But since we have relocated and I have used a new Aaron’s I just don’t get the high standard of service that I use to get. I have been a customer of Aaron’s since the early 80’s, back when you could even buy gold jewelry on a rent to own basis. You would think that would carry some clout with them but NO! It’s like I just walked in for the first time in dealing with them now. And the delivery time has gotten ridiculous. Too bad I live on a budget and cannot afford to go out and buy outright what I need because if I could I would never use Aaron’s anymore. It’s really sad to realize that someone whom has rent to own numerous items from them over more than a 40 year span of time is made to feel like “No Value” to them at all. But I guess that’s just the way it is nowadays. No loyalty either way.So I am adding onto my review. A week ago I posted the above review about Aaron’s and the way I felt about the level of service that was giving to me recently. I received a reply from the area district manager about how he was interested in hearing about why I was somewhat displeased and asked that I reply by sending a copy of the review and my email addy and the name on the account and what store I am dealing with. I did comply with all and sent the email to where he asked I send it to. To date I have heard nothing back from the DM. Seems that maybe it was just an automated response. I was hopeful that maybe someone actually gave a care about customer service and loyalty to the business but NOT. Anyway my add on to this review speaks for its self. And the average 3 star review stands.

I have ordered a mattress and getting a couch delivered today. I love how you can do everything online and over the phone super convenient. I've never stepped foot in this store but the employees have always been friendly and helpful over the phone. I can not recommend them enough ??

Customer service is great, have been doing business with Aaron's for over 10+years and have never had any problems. Highly recommend this company if you're looking to purchase furniture or appliances.

Fraud .....a member of management at the fayetteville store committed fraud today because this is a corporate store I was able to get ahold of Upper management and they are working on resolving the issue I do have a case number I would highly advise against using this store and anyone set up on ez pay they have your information stored check your account don't trust them to do right by you your account has probably changed more than you know with that said I understand there is a need for a good rent to own store use rent a center over off mlk ask for Austin he's fantastic to work with I've bought many many things thru them never a issue once avoid fraud and being taken advantage of happy holidays

I am leasing a queen size bed, this spring box is broken when it was delivered to me. Every time I sleep on it it make sound and is noisy. I did not know that is broken but my son told me is broken. I asked someone at aaron's that I want to change it and I was told that it would be replace and they would deliver another spring box but they never deliver another one to replace this broken spring box. This aaron's store want me to continue leasing this spring box until it paid off. They don't want to replace it. So, I emailed them that if they won't replace this broken spring box I want to return this bed next week.

I was in need of just a dryer I have bought so many items there they told me I just paid off my refrigerator and I have no payment and on October 3rd they're going to do half a payment listen have payment I get $50 off my first payment and they were so nice and helpful help me through the entire process and they're going to take my old washer that I gotten years ago from them and put in and set up my new washer thank you so much aaron's!

I purchase a envy 11 couch with chase.I don't remember the delivery guys names. But like to thank them for there wonderful customer service and being attentive to my need... Not to mention I am ? satisfied in the couch. I look forward in future purchases.... Keep up the wonderful service.....

This store has the worst people in management and the laborers. Poorly trained and call you like you stole something if you a week late. The business is hurting so bad they are harassing people. Came to my house like the police. They only reason the delivery tech didn’t get his (blank) kicked because i sparred him and his family the sorrow. Take ya business somewhere else, they over charge on everything beware
