The lady I talked with on the phone was very friendly and explained the overnight pulse/ox. Dereck, the deliverer, was very thorough in his explanation of the equipment and was extremely nice! I appreciate so much his smile and friendliness! Such good people!

The young man (didn't get his name) who sat down at the front desk, greeted me and got some info from me and also explained financial details to me was extremely kind, pleasant, and helpful.Theresa was great at orienting me to my new CPAP machine. She is well informed and explained very clearly how it all works and got me set up with the appropriate mask. She did her job extremely well so that I had no questions when I left. Theresa was also very kind, pleasant and helpful. She did a great job!

We are moving into the area and the staff at AeroCare were very helpful and knowledgeable about getting us set up and outfitted with a new CPAP machine. And they are very friendly as well!
