If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place has given us so much trouble from losing paperwork for I94 renewals and claiming that certain people cannot use their services because of “warrants”. They used a third party search website and it came up with warrants when we called the Arkansas State Police Dept, there was no warrants on record at all. They will only help people that they know and won’t help others. The ladies who answer the phone don’t ever remember call back for updates. You guys need a better system to keep up with callers and needs for the Marshallese community. Instead you guys are just helping people out that are your friends and family. I have been in that office before and have heard many of the workers gossiping about other rimajols and it’s so unprofessional to talk about clients in a bad way in front of other clients.

Just want to leave a review to a great person who has helped me get my passport and my I94 form in a short period of time. Her name is Meme! She was wonderful and very helpful through this process and I can’t thank God enough for her and her patience with me. Definitely a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend that if you’re in need of help for your i94 and passport, she’s the person to go to for a wonderful experience.

Happy New Years! Blessed beyond blessed to have this company in our community. One of the best Marshallese non-profit that helps the community in many ways. Came I. The office few days ago to get a gift from Michelle. Thanks again girl! And end up talking to Stephanie with a letter I needed her to review and help me with. You ladies rock!
