I came in a little upset today, due to the last visit I had, and Jimmy was/is such a sweetheart. He did more than beyond his due diligence to help me. I left the store happy, and I recommend him to everyone! Thanks Jimmy for helping me. May God bless you and your family abundantly.

I was in there October 24 around 4:45 pm to get help with hardware issues. This place has the worst customer service ever. After running some tests, the dude recommended that I go next door to the phone repair shop. He smiled as I told him I couldn't afford anything like that and that I'd he couldn't help me, I would just cancel my service. He smiled and said 'Okay.'
He didn't try to help, he didn't offer any solutions. I'm actually wondering if he has a friend at the repair shop.
Anyway, I guess I'll be canceling my phone and internet with this company since they really don't seem to care.
I'm heading over to Verizon tomorrow to see what they'll do for me.
It's too bad. I've had my internet through them for years.
