Came to this store after being at 4 other locations. This store had phones in stock that no other AT&T, Walmart, or Best Buy had. The two employees there were the friendliest staff my husband and I met in a long time. They were helpful, patient, personable, and very knowledge. We were very pleased after our 1+ hour visit and won’t go to any other locations in the future. Our faith in actual customer service was restored thanks to these two.

I tried to trade in my iPhone 11 on a iPhone 15 pro, I was told I was required to purchase the insurance or they will not let me get a phone there. I checked other att stores and they all tell me it’s an option, not required. There must be some kind of bonus they are trying to get, requiring you to purchase insurance. Stay away from this store unless you want $17 a month insurance.

This is the second time I have experienced incompetence at this store that I will never go there again even though it’s very close to my house. This time, on August 21st around 5pm, I tried to get a new SIM card, but the cards had not been scanned properly, so the employees had to scan like, a hundred cards until they found one that was actually usable while I just sat there. Then when they tried to set me up with a new SIM card, it was rejected, and the employee had no idea what to do but said he couldn’t do anything to help me and sent me down the road to another att store (where I ended having a similar and even worse experience). Just the fact that instead of even trying to find a solution to a problem that is probably not that uncommon, he wasted my time and pawned me off to another store. It’s just bizarre to be at an att store with such a basic request as a new SIM card and be told, “there’s nothing we can do to help you.” It turns out there was a fraud issue on my account, but surely the employee could have researched the message to see what the next steps were other than just tell me to go somewhere else. Are they not allowed to call customer service on my behalf since I don’t know exactly what the rejection message even said since it popped up on his tablet that I don’t have access to? Same thing happened down the road and I was told to call customer service

Went to try and buy a phone for my mom and there was only one gentleman working and there were several people in there waiting to be helped. It was around 1130 or 1200, need more staff to help customers in a timely fashion. I left that store and went to one in Fayetteville and I was helped and had a new phone within 10 mins.
