ATT&T is blessed to have employees like Sebastian, not only did he helped us with the reason for our visit, he actually answered every single question we had. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. It is refreshing and enjoyable to see he is fully bilingual (English/Spanish) as there are other places where they claim to be bilingual only to find out that the employees aren't fully bilingual or they don't like to speak Spanish. Both my husband and I are bilingual but Spanish is our first language.

We went in today to trade in our old phones and switch to our upgraded phones that were shipped to our home, Ivan was absolutely amazing and so helpful with not only the data transfer and trade in process but answering all of our questions we had about our plan and discounts over all, he was incredibly patient with us and very professional and knowledgeable, we will be coming to him with all of our service questions and needs from now on, thank you Ivan for being so good at your job!

Cit danced around all of my questions trying to upsell for commission, we refused the Internet for now due to us moving soon. Found out today that she signed us up for it anyway when a technician was scheduled to come set it up. It was VERY clear we did not want it, and I'm confused on how she was able to add it to our plan without any signatures or even our approval.

Great experience at this store. Young guy who helped was very attentive, thorough, responsive and knew what he was talking about. Night and day experience from the store in Fiesta Square. Nowadays, you go to many stores and if they're younger, you can almost expect them to be lazy, unprofessional and not attentive. But this young was sharp, very personable and knowledgeable and explained each detail along the way. I’ll use this location again for sure.

I came in for phone problems and the person who helped me told me they couldn't help me because I bought the phone at another ATT location. The store was closed because it was Sunday, but it is unacceptable that I can't get simple phone help just because I didn't buy the phone directly from this store.
