Not a good experience. My employer (global large company) sent me to AT&T to get a new battery for my business phone. On arrival I was told to sign in as there were customers in line, which I did. After about 30 minutes a Hispanic family came in and they immediately greeted that customer and waited on him ahead of me. So, I had the same experience Hannah posted that she experienced 2M ago, I'm also Caucasian. I immediately left the store and drove to the Rogers location where they greeted me and told me I would need to go to Fayetteville for that type of change.

I could not be more thankful for Kevin Reyes at this location!! He spent 2 hours yesterday trying to help me purchase a new phone and get info from my old phone. Kevin went above and beyond (worked through his lunch!) to help my daughter and me. After 2 hrs, he sent us home for the last install step with his phone number in case we had questions. Not quite sure how to finish up, we returned this morning for 1.5 hrs. With the help of Rodrigo and Elvis, success was finally found. My old phone had dead spots on the screen, making data transfer and the data wipe almost impossible. Those two worked together and came up with a work-around - YAY!!I will always go back to THIS store and THESE three young men who came to my rescue!!!!

Absolutely terrible store, the slowest customer service. There were folks waiting over and hour, waited 1 hours to pick up an order I made online.

Very bad experience at this location. We waited over an hour and a half for a simple question. The queue was badly managed and the associates very slow.

Customer service was horrible. The person who “helped” me was high on drugs and could not comprehend what I was saying. I eventually had to go to another store 15-20 minutes away. Will not go to Springdale location.

Worst experience I have had! All I needed was a SIM card for my phone. Waited over an hour and the sales reps never said one word to me! There were several other customers waiting and they were recognized. I guess if you are Caucasian, they don’t acknowledge you! They spoke to every Hispanic in the building and NEVER said one word to me until I finally said something to them. Very unprofessional! Asked to speak to a manager and was told “he’s in the back helping another customer.” Worst customer service experience!!!
