I got tires the week before and then brought it back for brakes this week. Justin is always friendly, remembers my name and tries to get the job done quickly. I had to also get tires on my other car when I got the brakes done this week and he got me out quickly.

I’ve been expecting the loss of a loved one, and I came to realize that I had a flat tire leaving work early. Great, more headaches that I don’t want to care about or worry about. I find the closest place, which was here, to expect to pay $100-200 at minimum. What I walked out was a 25 minute wait, and an explanation that my tire was able to be patched up with a permanent solution, and for zero cost. What should’ve been an experience that made my week even worse turned into a situation that made my whole week. Thank you guys so much for doing what y’all did, because I was not expecting that. You’ve gained a customer in me.

Disappointed - brand new tires today and get the call the car is ready. Get there and the car is sitting outside with the windows down while it is sprinkling. Luckily got there before it really started raining as I highly doubt they knew they were down and it started pouring 5 minutes after we got back there.Go in and pay and the tires look great and really no harm on the rain since I got there before it hit so all good but did let them know. Leave and I know enough to know it takes a drive to reset the tire pressure so after a few miles the pressure pulls up. One tire has 58 psi, another 48 and the other 2 at 32 and 42. Pulled over to let some air out of the 58 tire and once I did that it dropped the pressure on the tire with 42 psi. Go back to tell them about and they pull in and work on it about an hour. They work on it and bring multiple guys over to help and say it’s all good but I need to drive it and the light should go off. I just drove 50 miles round trip to try and get it to pull in the PSI and now none of the tires show any tire pressure so whatever they did just made it worse I guess. Appointment set at the dealer where we bought it at on Friday to see if they can figure it out. I don’t normally wrote reviews unless it’s really bad and they tried to fix it and the people I dealt with were nice and helpful but after buying 3 sets of tires from this same location over the last 2 years I will probably be going elsewhere in the future which is disappointing knowing I now have 3 vehicles with their tires on them. Not bashing the customer service or the folks that work there but something is not right after this experience.
UPDATE - Well after taking our 4-runner in to the Toyota dealership it was revealed that this Big O Tire location damaged one of the TPMS in one of the tires and replaced it with the a after market one and didn't let me know. This is deceptive trade practice at its best - Own up to your mistake and tell the truth. 3 sets if tire from this location but I will set foot in here again and I would recommend you do the same.

first time I go to pick up my vehicle it wouldn't even start due to negligence and lack of supervision. second time I was told my problem is one thing and after paying the 660$ I have to bring my vehicle right back because they misdiagnosed (played the guessing game at my expense) and then quoted me $3,600 for the next repair. no offer to refund or credit. I understand mistakes and had planned to keep coming back but that was the last straw. I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Found a screw in my tire today (Saturday) and took my truck to them to repair. They were super friendly and very fast with the repair. Highly recommend this location! Very impressed!

Scheduled an appointment at 7 this morning and asked them to swap my tires onto my freshly powder coated rims and balance them with ne valve stems. By 9:30, I got the call they were done and not a scratch on the rims. Everything checked out, and the price was standard! No complaints. Yet again, another great experience!

I have been to Big O Tires a couple of times now. They have been very considerate and treated like a valued person! Their prices are reasonable and have a lot of brands in stock. They kept me up to date on everything that was happening, even though they were short-staffed this morning.

Overcharged me compared to what they quoted me on the phone. Apparently mounting and balancing isnt included and was an additional 164 plus tax. On top of the 6-300 tires i was quoted before tax. They adjusted it down about 50-60 bucks but i still left paying more than i was expecting. Made it a mile down the road to find air pressures were all different. One valve stem was leaking and that tire was sitting at 32lbs. Thank god for bluetooth tire pressure guages in the rams. Wont recommend or use for any of my other trucks.

The location in Springdale had hardly any wait, lots of comfortable chairs, satellite TV and free water! It made my tire repair kinda nice!

Got a flat on the freeway this was the closest big o. They opened right at 7:00. Lexi was very helpful. They had to transfer in a tire, they did it quickly - got a new tire mounted and got me on my way.

This place has always done me good! Today I went by AutoZone as my check engine light flipped on and I was afraid I possibly had a very expensive gasket blowing. Due to the error code, we thought it was a piece we could only special order. They were more than willing to do some digging for the part and get it fixed up for me as soon as possible. I was concerned about continuously driving my car so they asked to test drive it and when they took it to the back they realized it was just a hose undone. Lexi and the team who helped me were great and willing to explain everything in great detail. Thank you guys! I feel safe in my car thanks to you!
