When I bought the phone the employee removed the charger and called the police and was very scared. I hope it doesn't work anymore

Honestly when I signed up I had great experience, but then after a week and no one helping me figure out payment I switched to t mobile. They actually helped. When I went into boost for help they sent me back and forth and pretty much refused service.
Lesson learned. Not this location for any of my service needs.
People on the phone wasn't much help either.
Wish this couldve been a better review but I like to be honest.
I lost 400 bucks in starting a service

The young lady was very nice but when I asked which phone was newer she had no clue. One thing for sure when a customer has been with you for years something like this shouldn't happen. They should know what new phones came out or at least know which is the newest one. I spend to much money with boost especially having them since I was 18 and I'm 32. But she was sweet so that's why I rated 4 stars

Dissapointed had issues with cell phone and ask for several different solutions and pointed out specific items and none where answered or even regoniced. This was the second year in the role Boost Mobile wasn't helping. So I changed for good.

If I could put less than 1 star I would. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with boost.Their employee sold me insurance, 2 years ago on my iPhone 11, she even made me buy an extra phone to have the insurance,I’ve paid this for years now, I needed to replace my phone and use my insurance, so I go to the location The representative there explain to me that the previous employee didn’t correctly do my insurance.so I’ve been paying insurance on my phone for 2 years and he said that the insurance isn’t valid.So I asked what can they do to fix this because their employee is the one who messed this up,I’ve always paid my Bill on time or ahead of time, the manager then told me that there is nothing he is willing to do to help me, that because I didn’t recognize his employee messed up within 30 days he wasn’t going to help me. Jose caceres said that he doesn’t care no one cares He told me to call anyone I want, that this is a franchise and he won’t be in trouble, in fact that no one will be held accountable.This isn’t how you do loyal paying customers.SHAME ON YOU MR MANAGER. JOSE CACERES (manager )I called boost after and they corrected the situation,IF YOU NEED A BOOST LOCATION DONT GO TO THIS ONE ITS A SCAM!!!!
