“I am fairly new to Arkansas having moved here 18 months ago. I was nicely surprised when I recently used Tommy's Car Wash in Springdale. It was so easy for me to see what I'm doing and to pull into the glass tunnel because it's so open and there was no track system to navigate! At other car washes I worry if I'm going to damage something trying to fit the tire into the track. The management at Tommy's is eager to ensure that I not only have a clean car but also a positive experience. They help so many non-profits that it's a pleasure promoting this business. I recommend Tommy's to everyone!”
“Joined the club during one of their special events. I like the fact that they pre-spray your car for bugs or any build-up before you enter the carwash. I also like that they provide towels so you can wipe down your interior some while your car is being washed and can park in a stall to finish and vacuum. Their vacuums are powerful, and they do an excellent job of getting out dirt and debris. They also have 4 different monthly plans to choose from, and you can go as many times as you like each month.”

“This is a great gas station that's always clean on the outside with great gas pumps. They always have the best prices on gas here. The inside is always nice and clean and you always get a friendly gesture when entering the store. I like how they have sales on candy here its usually to good to pass up on. Great selections of cold drinks and great prices on beer here as well. I like how it's all lit up at night so you feel good and safe doing your business here.”
“Very cheap car wash. Like the old days. Just .75 cents to get a high quality car wash. Has all the bells and whistles of your larger chains. Has a stand alone air dryer the only one I have ever seen at a self car wash.”

“I wanted a self service car wash and finally found one. If I remember correctly, $2 got me 2 minutes. It was clean. Vacuum was 75 cents, but I didn't have any more bills or change so I didn't get to use it. I will be going back.”
“Zips Express car wash makes so much sense!!! Many other car washes require you to wash your car before vacuuming. I absolutely cannot stand having my car dripping, wet while trying to vacuum.
PLUS The vacuums are free!
Also, I love that they always have staff available to help you when you need it! I was here last weekend vacuuming out my car when something important got sucked up through the hose. The worker there was so kind and quick to help me retrieve my item!

“I paid for the monthly subscription, scanned the QR code with the app to start the wash, and nothing happened. I scanned the QR code again and it said I have already hit my daily limit of one wash per day. Thankfully an employee named Mr. Jay was nearby to assist for today, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing the subscription.
Update: They reached out and said that the issue was that I scanned the QR code while someone was already in the car wash. Now that I wait to scan, the car wash works great.”
