Low energy rude dude behind the counter was to much. So yeah...I dropped my donut...I was about to pick up another to buy along with coffee and snacks for the kids...but the guy behind the counter said I'd have to pay for the dropped donut.
I was so mad...they can write it off, is minimal loss to them when I'm about to spend more money. But this low energy, minimal effort guy behind the counter ruined it.
I asked if they can just write it off...but he gave me the choice to leave without a donut...his words were "would you rather leave without your donut?"
I was going to buy a sinus, coffee and snacks for the kids...but the guys chooses and the way he came across...screw that guy and screw this location

I try to shop at Casey's whenever I can. They have a great rewards program. The stores are always clean and the food is always fresh. They have competitive gas prices.

Came in to use the restroom and grab some pizza. The male restroom is lacking. No toilet paper in the one stall. The other stall had excrement and toilet paper clogging the toilet. This is the first Casey’s that I haven’t given 5 stars to. Very disappointed.
Guy working up front was very nice though. The only saving grace.

Always a nice experience coming here. It is always clean, and the restrooms are spotless. Hot delicious snacks are available, and the entire store is well-stocked and maintained.

Just had one of the rudest experiences that I've ever had in a gas station. I was at this Casey's location on sunset Ave in Springdale AR around 8:15 a.m. today and There seems to be an issue with the payment terminal. My transaction was approved on my end but on the employee's (Joey) it said that there was an issue. According to my bank statement $45 was taken from my account. Joey then asked me to reinsert my card and another $18 was removed and he kept telling me that my card was getting declined when in actuality it was taking money off my card. Joey voided out the $18 transaction which immediately went on my card and then refused to avoid out the $45 transaction stating that there was nothing else for him to void and when I insisted, even showing him my transaction history that it came out of my account, he then got irate started raising his voice and told me that if I knew how to do his job better than him then I should go ahead and do it as he spun the monitor around. I've never been so disrespected by an employee and I was nothing but nice to this man. I asked if there was someone else that could help me he claimed that he was the manager and nobody else was there. I told him that I saw other people working and he said that he's the manager and they're just employees and they can't help me. I ended up getting my gas in the end but I'm still out $45 . My bank says that the transaction is "incomplete" So I'm sure if they run an audit on that register you'll be able to see where my transaction is still sitting in limbo but Joey didn't care enough and was so adamant on being right that he was no help at all. I'm still fuming from the worst customer service that I've ever had. I've been to different Casey's locations plenty of times with no issues but this "manager" needs to be reevaluated.

Need to get to workers in there ones that actually wanna do their jobs and not argue with the customers and tell them it's the customers job to check and see if the soda machines are out.. last time I checked it's the workers job to check those cause that's part of their JOB. Big fail Casey's. Wont be getting my business at that location anymore.

Terrible staff, I go to multiple locations throughout the week while working, this is the only one where at 8am they don’t have a single thing cooked and when I ask why they are super rude and tell me they just opened up. Looks like the Kum & Go right down the street is where I’m going

They carry e88 gas which has been very helpful for my big gas guzzler. I drive quite often, and this is my favorite casey's to go to. I hardly ever have issues with the pumps, and the staff is nice!
