Loved the selection of pool tables, the rugs, eh they are nice. We were looking for a specific color to put in our brand new home. The older lady who is the owner was very pushy and told us that we needed something with reds and bright colors not the color we were looking for. I was a bit taken back because first off, I'm the customer and 2nd I know what I like and what will look good in my home. She's never seen my home. Very pretentious to think she knew. Then when she continued to push we decided to get away from her and look at bar stools. She literally followed us to the bar stools and we found one we really liked and probably would have bought. She told us "you don't want that one it is an import and you want Anerican made." I told her no, I wanted that one and she said "well im sure that company is closed from covid and it's out of business." I asked her to check if she could order 3 total and she said "no, I'm sure they are closed." She kept pointing us to another stool that she said was much better quality and it was over $1,000 more, per stool. It was not even the color we were looking for and it was ugly. I was so angry by the time this had happened that I looked at my wife and said I want out of here. This was our first visit to Champs and certainly our last. I've never experienced someone who lacked customer service like I had at Champs. The young man with her was very friendly, but the old lady needs to retire to a closed office somewhere and let the young man work with customers.

I would not do business with theses yehows for love nor money. They refurbished a friend of mines 1940s pool table and used staples on the pockets, as well as a cordless drill to put the bolts in 0n the bumpers, over tighind the bolts and cracked the wood. I took the table apart for the lady with hand tools so she could have them refurbished. They were not cracked. They will not make it right with the lady and are keeping one of the bumpers for ransom

10/10 great sandwichesAlso they offer quality pool tables and much more offered here. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. They will take care of you. Great customer service and friendly people. Thanks for the help! Love my shuffleboard.

Wonderful experience at Champs. I just recently started playing pool and I wanted some advice before buying my first pool cue. I’m so glad I went to Champs! Khash helped me pick out a cue and a case that were within my budget and suited for my needs as a beginner. He also gave me some very helpful pointers and it’s clear he has a lot of knowledge. I would highly recommend coming here, especially if you want to buy a pool cue!

We purchased a pool table from an individual that was originally purchased at Champs Galleria. Champs handled moving the table for us. They were friendly, communicative and very helpful. The owner helped me pick out a new cue and was very nice. Highly recommended.

Champs did a wonderful job with moving out one table and setting up the new one in all aspects. I felt pricing was fair and everyone I came in contact with was polite and seemed like they really cared if I was happy or not. Great job guys.

The "mother" who helped me was friendly however overwhelming and wouldn't let me shop without being on my hip trying to sell me on everything. I rated 2 stars on the overall experience on the price tags not on many items. The "owner" was called a few times and the prices kept changing. I was furious and walked out. I told the "mother" I was extremely disappointed and she apologized. The owner was "a minute or two" based on the phone conversation from the store when I left. Honest pricing goes along ways. I do think this place has nice cool stuff. You lost a few thousand dollar purchase as I spent my money elsewhere within hours.

Great selection of cue sticks. They were super friendly and patient. Found just what I needed and the stick came with a lifetime warranty too.
