twin city is a joke was their on 12/15/2023 and when checking out they said we cant use cards only cash when trying to pay cash then they say cant use cash only cards ended up just walking out manger is rude and does not know her truck called their corp office they say yes we take both cash and cards dont use twin city

PROPERTY STOLEN from storage unit G-128.Do not store anything valuable, especially at the 40th St location, as there is no management on site.Don't let the security cameras fool you, as U-Haul refused to cooperate and turn over any video surveillance to Springdale police regarding my claim.There have been 3 different managers at the main location since my original claim was filed, and none would offer any assistance other than "just file a claim. That's why you purchased the monthly insurance".The Insurance company (Rep West) says it is the fault of U-Haul, so they won't pay the claim. U-Haul won't respond to requests from Springdale police, so I am missing property and stuck. Certainly smells of an INSIDE JOB.D. Horton

We reserved a truck and trailer well in advance. A couple days prior, we received a phone call to pick up at a different location between 4:00-4:30.We arrived a little after 4:00 and stood in line one hour to find out our truck was rented to someone else who walked in without a reservation. At least she was honest.After several phone calls and minutes, we were told to drive to a town 45 minutes away, pick up the truck, then drive back to this location to pick up the trailer.We arrive in Centerton and the guy argued that we weren't in the correct place even though we were at the exact address given by the other location. He then refuses to give us the truck. We call 1.800.gouhaul and that took the whole time spent driving back to this location.At this point we explain to the Springdale location that we didn't get a truck in Centerton. She starts calling around mentioning she can get a truck the next day, or Sunday. No.Keep in mind, we've now missed our daughter's moving away dinner (why we need the truck).Eventually, a truck is found in Fayetteville. We are sent to a sketchy part of town, have to look through all the trucks alone in the dark until we find the right one. Assumed the lockbox that was mentioned was on the truck. No. Did find the lockbox on the building.Now we get into the truck. Filthy with food in the floor and the gas tank isn't full. We get on the phone with 'traffic' and they offer to give us the $50 reservation fee back. Well duh, we definitely didn't get our reserved truck. But what about the 3.5 hours we just wasted? What about the going away dinner for my daughter that we missed? What about the round trip to Centerton on my own gas where we we still had no truck? Well, the person on the phone from 'traffic' said she's just the note taker and that management would call within 48 hours to come to an agreement on charges.It's been 96 hours now and we've heard nothing from the manager.

Major waste of my time and money. It started off fine with works being helpful, in the process of installing a hitch, but it went down hill from there. They ordered the wrong hitch and attached the wrong hitch without checking. Major miscommunication somewhere in the establishment because they've said they have items, but in actuality, they don't. I've had to call back multiple times a week to get anything done at all and it's still not finished. Been waiting 2-3 weeks for a wiring kit which I could probably do myself. They never offered to replace my hitch with the one I asked for, but they are providing the wiring kit to me for free. It's taken two month to get to this point and it's still not finished. They have done nothing right in this whole process and you should never come here for something like this.

Had every possible problem with this store. On three separate occasions. From being overcharged to waiting for over an hour and a half to pick up a U Box, to being on the phone six separate times for over an hour to try to reach somebody in regards to a delivery date of my box, I will never do this again. Fact that I had to wait on a national number for so long indicates to me that it's the company and not just this location.
