This review is long overdue. I was looking for a specific truck and Craine had it. I didn’t want the hassle of buying it out of state. I’m from Kansas and the dealership is located in Arkansas.. literally a 3 hour drive. Jason got me hooked up even got more for my trade in. When I arrived the staff at Craine took care of me. The process was easy. Give that man Jason a raise or promotion. Thank you guys again. I love my first truck.

Great experience trading at Crain. Our salesman Garret was top notch in every aspect and a salesman in his training Alonzo was wonderful as well. The gentleman in Finance who handled some extra warranties for us named Kyle was also great !! We absolutely love our new GMC Yukon !!!

Scheduled for routine maintenance and a new set of tires. Work was expedient and high quality at a great price. They topped off the windshield wiper fluid and i believe they replace the wipers too. Ill be taking the truck here indefinitely. 10/10

My husband & I were car hunting this past weekend & looking to trade in our current vehicle. We stopped by Crain Buick GMC in Springdale because we have heard a lot of positive feedback about the guys that work there.
We had 2 guys that really took care of us, Derek Marshall & Garrett Sullivan. They gave us exactly what we were wanting for our trade-in which allowed us to get my dream vehicle that day!
These two guys made the car buying process seamless & got us in & out as quickly as possible!
I will definitely be using them & referring my friends & family to them in the future!

Replaced the oil pan assembly on my truck twice on my truck and it still leaks.
Now I have to wait nearly another week to have it looked at again. This is after it sitting there for over 6 weeks already
Talk about a dumpster fire
