I highly recommend Crain Buick GMC of Springdale. Rick made my buying process quick and easy. He was also very informative and kept me updated throughout the process of the arrival of my new Envista. Thanks Rick for making my buying experience a hassel and pressure free.

it was great! Rick was awesome with keeping me updated about my car status and I felt like they were super attentive. As a first-time car buyer, they made the process comfortable and unintimidating. I recommend them!

I bought a GMC 2500 in Feb 2022. I was told I got 1 free oil change. I was also told if I wrote a review saying exactly what they wanted me to say I would get 2 more oil changes free at Crain in Springdale. I already did my free oil change offered by GMC. Now when I called Crain about my oil changes promised by them I was told that salesman no longer works here and there is no proof he promised me that. I called back and talked to their customer service rep. She said let me talk to my manager and I will call you back. No call back. I had a very bad buying experience from them during this sale. I would not have posted a positive review had I thought there wasn't something in it for me. I trade every 2 years. I will never consider Crain as an option again.

The work done was fine but even though the check engine light was on, they didn't offer to check it. I told the service advisor that I couldn't afford diagnostic tests but they could have easily figured out the trouble code. I never received a written copy of the work done. The email didn't list any work done either. I guess since I used a service coupon they just wanted me in and out quickly. I have one coupon left and after that I will be going to Chevy of Fayetteville. I have already started servicing my car there.

Very disappointed in the way the manager handled my issue. Bought a 40,000$ truck (after purchasing extras in the finance department), had an agreement that they would polish out and correct some scratches on the side of the vehicle. They had their detail guy do it and he put huge swirls across the side with the cutting buffer, but never finished out the work and it looks worse than if I had just left the scratches. When I asked if we could get it fixed somewhere where they could do a paint correction the manager said he wanted to send it back to the same guy who messed it up and said, "Eh, its just a used car, I can either send it back to him or not do it at all". Cool.... I'll remember you don't care at all if someone spends $40,000 with Crain GMC of Springdale, wish they could tell me a number of how much I need to spend for them to take their work seriously. Very poor bedside manner, and poor business practice. I will just have it properly corrected elsewhere, instead of letting your detail guy burn a hole into the paint. My salesman was fine, and did the best he could. No fault there.***If any upper management other than the "local" management at this location want more information they may reach out to me***

Took my GMC Denali for brakes over a month ago, paid for all new parts, Brakes still not working correctly, actually worse than when I brought it in. 8 trips there, 17 calls, no call backs, no help, just a complete dog and pony show. This manager is on vacation, this person is out for this....that. Meanwhile you wait on hold....and there message is quite the opposite.Do not use this dealership! If you value your time, money and patience!!!!They can't even fix brakes....put my familiy and livestock in danger!

Greg was very quick to respond to my schedule a test drive appointment. He set me up with Ricky who was very polite and listened to what I wanted. I was a little worried about getting approved for the vehicle I selected, but Ricky assured me the Sales Manager Nick could get the numbers right. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Only complaint is they put a Crain sticker on the tailgate, but it had slipped my mind to remind Ricky to tell them not to. Not a big deal, I was able to get it removed and polished up when I got home. I want to thank you guys over at Buick GMC Crain because I had a bad experience with Crain Kia and swore to not go back to one of their stores. I believe your team over at the Buick GMC store have rebuilt that relationship. Thank you for treating me like a human, and not just another sale. P.S. The truck is BADASS! ?

This is an exceptional dealership they will the every customer right from the salesman especially Roberto Solis making sure you get the right vehicle and the right deal to the financial department Ryan making the process easy and it just doesn't stop there they make sure before getting the car that it also is exceptional. We never had the experience of buying a car as we had with crane Buick it is no other but the best I wouldn't recommend. You to go anywhere else but crane Buick. If they can't get the car or deal or wanting than Noone will. Linda and tim squires

Unfortunately I had an awful experience. I received zero communication from my service manager unless I called to check on the status of my car. I was repeatedly told I would be called back only to never receive said call. I had to follow up multiple times. They planned to keep my car overnight without so much as calling to inform me of this. I only found out when I called late afternoon to inquire about when my car would be ready. When I originally dropped my car off around 8:30am the morning of my appointment, I was told it would be done by the end of the day. On top of the lack of communication, the work wasn’t even completed. Part of the work they said they’d do was not done and of the work they did do, some of it wasn’t even finished. Now I have to take my car in again which is a huge inconvenience and quite frankly unacceptable after it was in the shop for 2 whole days.

I worked with Roberto, Derek, and Ryan and had a remarkably pleasant experience. They were very respectful and professional from the time we walked through the door until we drove off in our new truck. I will buy with them again!

Went in to look at a used ‘18 GMC truck with 83K miles. Found oil all over the subframe coming from a seeping gasket. When pointed out, the service mechanic said it wasn’t an issue and refused to fix it before buying. There were a few red flags before that so we walked away.Clearly doing the bare minimum instead of actually caring enough to take care of the vehicles in their charge.Update: unfortunately the dealership’s response is not true at all. We were very clear on the issue and that it would need to be fixed by the dealership, regardless of when we would pick it up. The mechanic and sales person both agreed that the oil all over the subframe was a non-issue and would not be fixed by the dealership before purchase / handover. Their pressuring to buy the same day was from them, not from us. We want a reliable vehicle, not a liability.Buyers beware.

a unique review. I have a 22 Sierra (last 6- 126151), I didn't purchase directly from Crain GMC, but a private dealer who bought the truck at a dealer auction. The truck only showed having just under 7,000 miles, (the reason I made the purchase). The car fax came back clean. I took it to my local GMC dealer to have a key fob made. What I found was very disappointing. The truck had several issues with the first owner, typical lifter problems. Crain GMC eventually put a new motor in the truck. This is where the problems started. The mechanic at the local GMC dealer couldn't believe what he saw. There is about $3,500 in parts that need replaced because of the install. All documented and pictures taken from the service advisor and tech. Broken head light bracket, radiator support missing, several bolts and nuts missing, the tube going to air box for cold air missing. None of this is under warranty because it is all labor installed induced. I traded a 2019 Chevrolet double cab for this because I needed room for a car seat. The only work that was ever done was at Crain GMC, and then the truck sat until I made the worst purchase ever. I have reached out to Crain, and also the dealer who sold me the vehicle, and no help from either. now I'm stuck with a $60k truck that needs $3500 in parts plus $1700 in labor because Crain GMC let a 2022 GMC leave their dealership in horrible mechanical condition. My name is Scott Mondello and I have all documentation from my local GMC dealer and will gladly answer any questions or concerns on this horrible situation I am stuck in. And just an update, when you call Crain GMC, and they put you on hold, the recording tells you how concerned they are about your purchase, and any work they perform. The work done on this truck looks like a shade tree mechanic done it. and again, the last 6 of the vin. is posted, and the local GMC dealer in Pensacola will verify everything is very true and very sad..

Total experience was great. The team always welcomes my family and me like their own. Arthur in service is always great and goes the extra mile to ensure nothing is missed and my vehicle is treated with care and respect. The whole team at Crain Buick GMC of Springdale is always top notch. One of the best if not the best teams in NWA. The leadership team there should be proud.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle for my mother from Crain Automotive in Springdale, AR, and I must say that the service we received was absolutely outstanding. I believe in giving credit where it's due, and the team at Crain Automotive, particularly Roberto Solis and General Manager Derrick Calhoun, truly went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, Roberto showed remarkable dedication and perseverance in securing us a great deal. As a knowledgeable buyer, I understand the tactics employed by car dealerships, and it was evident that Roberto was genuinely invested in helping us find a solution. Despite the initial hesitancy due to our offer being significantly lower than the asking price, he took the extra step of approaching the management to negotiate on our behalf. This level of commitment and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me.In addition to Roberto's efforts, Derrick Calhoun, the General Manager, exemplified integrity in his approach to business. He took the time to explain why our pre-approval amount had changed in relation to the vehicle we chose at Crain Automotive. This transparent and informative discussion showcased his commitment to running a dealership with integrity, ensuring that customers are fully aware of the financial aspects of their purchase. It's refreshing to encounter such honesty in the automotive industry.I would like to commend Crain Automotive for their exceptional service, knowledgeable staff, and commitment to integrity. My car buying experience was made significantly better because of Roberto's dedication and Derrick Calhoun's honesty. I highly recommend Crain Automotive to anyone in the market for a vehicle.Thank you, Crain Automotive, for exceeding our expectations and making our car buying experience truly remarkable.
