Worst customer service and management. They have employees working who have no knowledge of phones or plans and lie about what you said . They tell you one thing and after paying they tell you something different.“Manager” told me to quit yapping. If he treats customer that way no one will want to come back . Save yourself time don’t go to this location .

The guy was nice and picked out a phone I was happy with but the computer messed up and he couldn't sell it to me. Ended up getting a phone from the South Fayetteville store.

Not one person acknowledged us. We left after 10 min went to Fayetteville location... They where super friendly. Would definitely recommend Fayetteville location ? ? ? I've had several people tell me the same thing.

No greeting or recognition of any of the customers in the store. Like the employees don't want the job and decided that it's everyone else's fault. No response to requests for inventory alerts. Just said, call back some time later. Real winner of a location...

Worse service ever…had an account with this phone company for so long, they were great until I added another person to MY account, than they let this other person removed MY two phone numbers from MY account & only had that other phone number on MY account with MY information on it…WHAT DA HELL…how do you remove the main account holder from their account & seriously use MY information kept?? Crazy…transfer my account to AT&T, we’ll see how it goes with this other phone company since I just started with them & I’m already feeling great about their service…had to asked questions about their security services and how secure it is by what I just went through with Cricket…they answered my questions about everything I asked unlike Cricket…telling I have to pay for reactivation and whatnot, for what?? I never canceled MY phone numbers in the first place, hell with that ??♀️?

Waited over 2 hours to switch services. I asked questions about the phones and they could not answer my questions. They did not ask me what phones numbers i wanted with what phone. I told them and then ended up with the wrong phone number and phone. They switched the phone for me but not the number and wanted to charge me extra when it was there mistake. I would not recommend this place. I have nothing against the company just wish the staff would be more knowledgeable and the manager would be more on top of things instead of drawing on the wall.
