Girl with tattoos came off with an attitude. Didn’t do no help wasn’t specific about what phones cricket had. Replace with someone that’s ready to work with a positive attitude. Other employee didn’t even hesitate to look up and help either looked like he was playing games from the way he was holding his phone. Bought a phone from here a while ago the other past employees were so much nicer and helpful.

Store manager was rude asked for id for making a payment. Told her I could show it on my phone and she said no wont work. Contacted another store and got told this is not company policy. This store was rude. Very very unprofessional here. Recommend anyone and everyone to go to the store on Thompson ave by the hospital!

Refused to help me. Wanted to remove a line. Had it done at a store in Van Buren, AR. Store worker was unhelpful and too busy looking at her own phone. Told me to call a number, said "This isn't Van Buren, sorry".

Poor customer service. Last night I came into the store to try to get two lines added if not one and the girl working was overwhelmed and trying to take care of everyone at once and ignoring some customers to help new customers that came in. She called her boss because she did not know how to work the laptop to fill out an application. Then she asked who was making payments and kept asking me the same questions I was there for almost an hour waiting on her while she took in other customers. The Boss should know how to train people. Waisted my time should have gone to the Siloam store instead
