Had a great experience with Jon. My daughter found her dream car at his carlot and he helped us and made all the process run smoothly even throughout the paper work. He is always quick to respond a call or an email. He made sure we were happy and satisfied with the vehicle before finalizing the deal. Mr. Dellinger is a sincere and honest person.. we are glad we picked the right car dealer with the right person. We'll be visiting in the future!

I had a disappointing and uncomfortable experience with a salesman named Jon . From the start, his behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate, making what should have been a straightforward car-buying process feel uneasy. I expected respect and courtesy, and instead was met with comments and conduct that crossed the line. I strongly recommend speaking with someone else if you choose to visit this dealership. Buying a car is stressful enough — no one should have to deal with that kind of behavior.

Jon made the buying process one of the easiest experiences I’ve ever had and is a man of his word. We had agreed a sell price of a beautiful Toyota Tundra and agreed to pick it the next day without signing anything. Even though he was offered more money the next day, he still held it for me. Very cordial as well.

We met Jon when we were in the search for a truck for my son, and I'm so glad we found him. The truck is beautiful, very clean and he gave us a great price. Jon is an amazing salesperson, my husband and I drove five hours to get to Springdale, and Jon would call to check on us, even on the way back home he called to make sure we arrived safe.
