Company was quick at the beginning of my order. But I have been unable to contact a representative or have communication from the company for over three days. Every time I call my local DHL I am unable to speak with a rep. My package has been in my delivery town for three days and has not moved. Every time I track my package it stated it’s on hold and that has not changed in three days. Very disappointing for a company who delivers packages worth a lot of value.

I received a notification that my international package was on the delivery vehicle and scheduled to be delivered soon. It never arrived and was never scanned as delivered, just vanished. I received a call that next day asking if I had received the package and that they couldn't find it. The associated told me then to file a claim, there was really no attempt to locate the package. Sadly, the item is a custom piece and it can't be replaced before the holidays. I am filing a police report today. I have a really good feeling what happened to the item, thankfully it is a numbered piece, so I can prove ownership when I find it. Usually DHL is better than this, they must be having a hard time hiring honest people.

I have two experiences with this company. Sometime back they delivered a package from my aunt to the wrong address. I never received it. Most recently I placed an order with a company that uses them. My pkg was to go from austin tx to fayetteville ar....an 8 hour drive. I got an email saying the pkg was shipped. A week later I'm still waiting and their website says my pkg is over on the east coast somewhere.
