This store is the worst! One of their staff members, Jonathan, seems to really hate his job. He’s rude and constantly rushes people through the line, making the whole experience unpleasant. Definitely not coming back here again.

Heads up, store hours are 8am-10pm but they lock their doors at 9:55pm per manger’s instruction.

Return of coke bought a week ago, did not save receipt 100 % flat. Manager said to bad, can't do anything for you without a receipt. She knows we come there several times a week. Online says you can Return for other merchandise and this is what I wanted to do

Mgmt is very rude and not helpful at all. The store manager and assistant are both just alike, they act more like you are their problem than their customer. Then there is one employee who never talks, but always has his phone on listening to some weird music. Never says hi or anything. They are the worse 3 by far..

I went to the local Dollar General and of course the only employee in the store was stocking shelves and didn’t have time to check out customers. I waited for a checker, nobody came, so I left my merchandise in the cart and walked out. Very poor management at all Dollar General stores. When you learn that you must have employees to run a business, you will make lots more money. I hear this every day.

Arrived at 8:20 am and door are still locked even tho their ours are 8:00 am to 10:pm pretty cruddy when your a busy parent trying to get stuff done in the morning

Not a nice Courteous store , everytime i go in there store . This one employee with dark hair and glasses he never talks not even looks at you he is always picking his nose. And doesn't even tell you how much change you getback . Vary unfriendly !! I stopped one evening and they were closing @5:00 pm just because of lack of employee's. Need better Management !!!!

Entire staff is extremely friendly the store is absolutely gorgeous an so clean an you can even walk up an down the aisles. The staff here is very friendly very helpful. Some of the other dollar generals I have been in are dirty the staff is ignorant the Isles are always cluttered you can't walk up and down them even with a shopping cart but this new Dollar General on Wagon Wheel Road is absolutely awesome. Keep up the awesome job..
