“On Monday April 27th I went to the T-Mobile store on Sunset in Springdale. Luke (AKA Luke Skywalker) was really great to work with. He has great customer service skills. He helped me with an upgrade for my phone. I really appreciated his knowledge and patience.
The only thing that I wasn't really happy about was the fact that T-Mobile charges a $35 fee to upgrade (Not Cool T-Mobile) but that said my experience was great and I really appreciated Luke Skywalker.”

I was a little wary since not many people were there and the location isn't ideal for them, but they were very quick with the repair (not that it was much of one) and even showed me how to fix my laptop myself if the same issue popped up again. Took all of 20 minutes and cost maybe $50 dollars. Very reasonable prices, speedy, and kind. Would recommend for laptop repair!”

I come all the way from Fayetteville Farmington area to see the awesome guy
Very trust worthy and true to his word. He was able to revive my xbox 360 from a boot loop death
Nothing I tried could fix it until I brought it to him which he was able to troubleshoot the issue along with some other things that needed to be touched up
Without me even having to mention anything else, he already knew where to look
Would highly highly recommend his work as among the best. I will continue coming to this store for any phone or laptop etc repairs even if its farther away than the more convenient stores
