Decided to try another location and not only did Alonzo get me a less expensive plan that fits my needs, he helped me get a new phone, a case, and a watch. Love love love him.”

“I live about 45 minutes away but it was worth the drive. Had taken my phone with to another C.ell P.hone R.epair location in Rogers and all it had was a broken screen. Go to pick it up an hour and a half later and it showed no service. The guy proceeds to tell me it didn't have a SIM told him that is not right because it did. He opened the SIM holder and there it is. Then he says it could be that the screen was service specific, it was not. Then says it could need the cables inside reattached. I leave it overnight due to it not even registering as charged. The next day i call and they had looked into it again and said they changed out the charging port but that didnt fix it but put my old screen back on and it was chargung fine so it must be the screen. I asked if i could take ot somewhere else. He said if i can find someone with the screen in stock then he will refund my money and i can go there. That was the one good thing he did really.All of that to say the people at HG Cellular were phenomenal. I needed my phone in order to get pictures together for my grandpas memorial video for his obituary. I honestly thought the previous place had really ruined my chance at getting my phone repaired. Travis took it to the back and began to work on it. I was told he was putting the new screen on and then we would know if everything was working right. It was, shockingly. He told me that he changed out the charging port and the SIM port since they are on the same board. He then shows me my old battery and said that it was pried out with a tool and damaged, which is not good. He replaced the battery and the phone is good as new. On top of that it did not take long at all for this repair. I was expecting around 2 hours but it was under that for sure.Thank you all at HG Cellular. If i need another repair i will definitely be making the drive back to you all.”
“I had to wait about an hour to be helped, and then was told they couldn't help me, and I had to go to a corporate office. They at least gave me the address, and were pleasant. It's not their fault. The email communication from Verizon should have given me that info. They do need more people there to cut down wait time. When I got to the corporate office, I was there about 2 minutes.”

“Have had Boost Mobile for well over 5 years. Have been extremely pleased with the service. Considering its a smaller mobile company haven't had any real big issues with the phones or service. The only time I didn't have service was in South Arkansas where it's pretty remote but I expected that. Affordable phones and decent selection so I'm happy with them and will be staying for a while. If your looking for a bigger selection or a quality of cell service that never loses signal then you need a bigger carrier like AT&T or Sprint but if your looking for decent and affordable this is a great company. I pay a little over 110 a month for 4 phones (mine, my hubby's, and 2 kids) and we are all pleased with our service. I don't give the last star only because I have to drive 2 towns over to get to the nearest store.”

“The young lady was very nice but when I asked which phone was newer she had no clue. One thing for sure when a customer has been with you for years something like this shouldn't happen. They should know what new phones came out or at least know which is the newest one. I spend to much money with boost especially having them since I was 18 and I'm 32. But she was sweet so that's why I rated 4 stars”

“The guy was nice and picked out a phone I was happy with but the computer messed up and he couldn't sell it to me. Ended up getting a phone from the South Fayetteville store.”
“I went in to get an oil change and lost my phone while I was waiting for them to finish with my car. My phone held my id and all my bank cards so I had no way to pay for their services. They told me not to worry about it and they had employees looking for my phone around the store. Honestly the kindest people and best customers service I've ever received at a Walmart.”

“I could not be more thankful for Kevin Reyes at this location!! He spent 2 hours yesterday trying to help me purchase a new phone and get info from my old phone. Kevin went above and beyond (worked through his lunch!) to help my daughter and me. After 2 hrs, he sent us home for the last install step with his phone number in case we had questions. Not quite sure how to finish up, we returned this morning for 1.5 hrs. With the help of Rodrigo and Elvis, success was finally found. My old phone had dead spots on the screen, making data transfer and the data wipe almost impossible. Those two worked together and came up with a work-around - YAY!!I will always go back to THIS store and THESE three young men who came to my rescue!!!!”
