Dropped off a client's vehicle off for an alignment on Saturday. They told me it would be done first thing tomorrow which would be Sunday. Spoke with my client on the phone in the lobby where the employee reiterated that it would be done in the morning. After not hearing from them all Sunday they went to pick it up and were told "oh we told the guy who dropped it off that it wouldn't be done until Monday." Straight up lies to cover there own incompetence, the last 3 alignments I've had done here were problematic, will not be using or recommending them going forward.

Service is always on point but they always seem to be short handed so it takes a bit longer for car service. And my last two times that I’ve had a flat but had road hazards on them thank goodness it’s always been “ Can’t fix it it’s in the sidewall” of coarse I got some off on the new tires but still cost more then fixing a flat .

This is my go-to place for all my car maintenance and repairs!! They always do an outstanding job. I feel they are very honest, knowledgeable and imformative throughout the process. I always leave feeling good about the work that was done. I highly recommend them.

My daughter had a nail in her tire, on a Sunday morning. Found this Firestone open. Chris was extremely helpful and patient. It was a busy morning, and Chris continued to patiently wait on customers. Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time.

This place is the worst. Friday evening, I set a 5:00 Saturday appointment online for an alignment and they waited until mid-day to change it to 4:00 Saturday. I got the vehicle there before 4:00 anyhow and Joe said they couldn’t get to it that day after all, but would do it the next morning. I got a call from Joe at 4:00 Sunday afternoon and was told they didn’t have the tech there on Sundays to do alignments and couldn’t do the work until maybe Monday but probably Tuesday and I can come pick it up if I can’t wait. They could have told me that when they rescheduled the appointment at noon on Saturday, when I dropped the vehicle off Saturday afternoon, or at least called and told me Sunday morning so I could have gotten it done somewhere else. That is the second time I have been there and had a terrible experience both times. The world absolutely needs to go somewhere else for their vehicle needs. Anyone can do better

Been going to this store for many years but it seems to have declined. Got told a tire with a screw was not repairable and needed replacement. The screw was a hair over an inch from the shoulder, easily and safely into the repairable zone. Price for a semi-synthetic oil change is ridiculous. Bought tires through tire rack and had them shipped there for installation and now they want to charge for rotation when usually that is free for life. Won't come back.

I don’t think I’ve received this bad of customer service ever. Giovanni was terrible. So rude. I will never bring another vehicle here. And if you’re smart, you won’t either.

Chris was so so so sweet and helpful. they didn’t have the tires i needed he called around until he found the place for me and got back to me in a timely manner. (However, the place they sent me to i payed half the price i would have @ firestone.) 10/10 customer service though!!

Service advisor is very condescending.Try to sell me parts.I did not need and took an hour and a 1/2 to do nothing.They did not align the front end.

I am still disappointed from Firestone customer service. All started in 1978. I had a daily driver it's was a 1970 dodge challenger se. We was wanting front-end fixed just like our today's appt. But today it was a 2010 hhr Chevy. I had called for an appointed 800am. And if they messed up again. They wanted $180.00 to do a diagnostic up front instead of giving me regular car written estimate they wanted to do a diagnostic up front. I was having 3 shops look the Chevy for brakes repair And diagnostic does not tellyou about brake failure. The guy I called to setup cars appt to get estimate was a Chris's smile then a guy at the counter was a Hector both not on same page. When I finally got past Hector I tried to talk and tell him I needed a written estimate to give a program the rehousing veterans. He had just look at a ladies car that just walk up to counter and he walk outside to look at her car and help her but no I just watch him . Bad service. YOU only got one attitude to win me over to get a fair shake from this co. And. It Was so horrible I will never never front end or rear-end or motor call again . There horrible staff. The worst I ever seen. Sure don't wan
