We had an amazingly positive experience today at this location in Springdale. We found that the splash guard had become dislodged and was dragging while traveling the interstate. We pulled in to find that the gentlemen working the counter and the bay were more than willing to help secure the loose panel and send us on our way within 10 minutes. They were helpful, courteous, and professional. They represented the Firestone brand and exceeded all corporate expectations. Thank you both.

Firestone has always been there for me when I need them. Hector has always taken the time to listen to my needs and assist me in coming up with the best solution to my problem. He is matter of fact and shows me all my options before I make my final decision in which way I will go in finalizing my repairs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Experienced the most horrendous customer service from the store manager Hector Mancia. I scheduled what I believed to be a routine service and come to find out it wasn’t. Hector felt it was appropriate to be condescending, accusatory, and disrespectful when informing me of the matter. He was just flat out RUDE. I was and still am, in absolute disbelief. Truly just baffled that he behaved in such an ugly manner. Hector Mancia is in no way shape or form to be a store manager with his nasty and cold attitude towards customers. He was not apologetic, showed no remorse and contributed zero effort for some type of resolution/understanding. Horrid representation of Firestone. He should be ashamed of himself. This location needs to reevaluate who they have as a store manager because Hector Mancia is not it!

Very helpful. Made sure I got the right tires for my car and stayed late to get the tires on the car so I could be safe for the driving I had to do that night
