Karen the manager there could not deal with a customer who is frustrated with their service. After they charge me over $200 in fees which gives me reason to be frustrated. She was combative and so I decided to just pay the fees and close my account and go to Arvest. Arvest didnt charge me these kind of fees. If she would have not been combative with me and let me explain my point I wouldnt have left. But it only proved my point that this bank cares less about its customers and just shrug off one account. Cuz its only one account so screw that customer.

I called this location today trying to transfer money over to my savings account and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. She asked for my account number and i said can you look it up by social i dont have my account number on hand. He response was, no i need the account number. I was confused because i always have them look it up by social. So i had to go dig through my purse and find the account number. After going through all that she transferred me over to the call center (thank god) where they asked for my social or account number so that they can look it up. Im not sure who answered the phone, but clearly they need some customer service training for employees.
