Their 877 customer service line is terrible! The rep couldn’t help me increase my spending limit for the day — and I needed it for my rental payment and a new washer. The call center manager was rude and completely lacked empathy for my situation as a customer. 😤
USAA would never treat their members like that! The only reason I opened an account with this bank was because I didn’t want to drive three and a half hours to Little Rock! 🚗💢
