California Please. Crispy Edges ?Edited: February 2024No top bun not on just one burger BUT two! Like how? We asked for no onions and got no buns! I even checked the receipt to be sure it was put in right, no where did it say no top bun. Someone had to make the burger and not once but twice close up the box with no bun on top! ?

This restaurant is terrible. They didn’t get a single thing right out of three people’s orders. Don’t bother with your automated response to contact you. Contacting you or eating one of your dry burgers that looks like you took it out back and drove over it a couple times will never happen.

Idk what Ruby put in those fries, but they are just better than any other fries I ever had. The overall food quality in general has just skyrocketed since Ruby started working here. Her work ethic and personality must be so good that her just being hired her makes for a more positive environment, and an overall better, more effective workplace. It starts to make wonder why this restaurant is called Freddy’s rather than Ruby’s at this point. Good Job ?Parking: Very easy to get in and out of.

I had an incredible experience at Freddy’s! Ruby was our waitress and got our entire choir group our food within minutes. The atmosphere fostered great conversations and we will definitely be returning.

Consistently very slow and almost every time there is an issue with our order- made incorrectly and not included everything we order after waiting consistently 30 plus minutes and dealing with grumpy staff at the counter, only to finally get your order dig through the overstuffed bag and find- again- they left something out. Great, now you get to wait ten more minutes for them to complete the order! Consistently poor, slow service through drive thru or takeout. I blame myself for giving them so many chances. Today we waited one HOUR from time of mobile order to receive all of our food (I have no idea how it takes this long, it was not some insanely busy day, but a typical Sunday lunch crowd. There were TWO missing items from our order. This all could have been made easier to bear with a smile and simple apology but that is not the service you receive here.
