The workers all look like they love their jobs. Every game exchange I've been to has employees willing to help. They greet with a smile and you can tell they are comfortable in their environment. I recommend Rogers location as well.

Sold us a broken keyboard. So this definitely falls under buyer beware and we didn't do our proper due diligence. That's why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1. But we bought a keyboard for $40 and it didn't work. Obviously per their policy we can't get a refund but it feels a bit scammy. Selling broken stuff and requiring you to buy more of their stuff when you return it. So warning to anyone buying electronics. Don't trust their word that things work and have been tested. Test it yourself.

Almost everything is nearly double market value, customer service is non-existent, and an overall dreary and unkempt atmosphere.

These people aren't very professional. I was asking questions and they would refer me to their online site, which im right in front of you, why refer me to your online. Another customer came in and he got all the attetnion, leaving me alone even though there were other employee's there. Also, everything is expensive in the store. I rather buy from scalpers

Always friendly, knowledgeable, with good prices on used game tech and games! I typically head for local businesses for anything I can find. Game Exchange ALWAYS has you covered on cords, power supplies, controllers and games with options from used, to new on most game related needs!

I was looking for a DVD for a friend and the staff were super helpful! If you've not been in one of these stores, it's packed floor to ceiling with games, Blu-ray, DVDs, trinkets, consoles and even musical instruments! If you're looking to fill out your collection THIS is the place you need to go!
