The bottom line is that they charge around 3X what's normal, take many days longer than what's normal, and did bad work that needed to be fixed by another shop. Diagrams of a car and detailed itemization don't make up for that. Especially at these prices.

HCS helped me out so much when I got my ford towed there! They were efficient in finding the problem, and started off as low as they could with the repairs, instead of immediately going for a high-ball. They answered my millions of phone calls and always followed up with new findings or service. Sheldon was so helpful and kind. Plus they included a 30 point inspection for free, which many places alone will charge! I 10/10 recommend this shop, and will be taking my car there from now on:) Thanks HCS

WELLLLLLL where should I start, made an appointment to have some work done to my 2001 Ford F250 Diesel truck. Dropped it off a day early so they could start on it the next morning. Received a text message the next day with an estimate. Wasn't really shocked by the price because i knew it was a lot of work. I authorized some of the work that was essential that needed to be done. my sales guy was "Sheldon" and after a week I called to get an update and he wasn't there, and no one had a clue what was going on, but they said as soon as he comes in, they would have him call me...... No call. Called the next day and he had absolutely no idea what was going on and said he would call with an update. 3 Days later I had to go up there to get answers. the Main issue that was needing to be addressed was that the ABS light was on, and the speedometer was not working. They said the speed sensor was bad on the rear end (I had just replaced it a week prior) After another week with no answers on the status of my truck I am told that the ABS module is bad, and needs replaced. Priced me at a little over a thousand for that part and programming. "Not a problem If it fixes the issue then do it" was my response. waited another week and again had to go up there 2 times in that week because I had to get some items out of the truck, and I wanted to get an update on the truck (because phone calls are hard to return, I guess). Communication with paying customers is not there. After gathering information and getting the stuff I needed from my truck I noticed that there was oil sprayed all over the Passenger side door, window and mirror of the truck and was sitting outside in the sun. Immediately brought it to the attention of Sheldon and I was not happy seeing how they knew that is a fresh paint job on the truck (less than 2 months ago) ...... Moving on, after 4 weeks of you guys having my truck, I am told its ready to be picked up. I pay my bill and leave. less than 2 weeks later I notice that the brand new thousand dollar "ABS module" has dirt caked on the corners and has a build date of 2021 on it". I check my photos from when I was rebuilding the truck and to my surprise, I find that it is the same module. meaning the module was never changed, yet I was charged for it. went to your location WITH the truck and spoke to Sheldon and when I showed the evidence that it was never changed, he seemed panicked that they were caught lying and cheating people. I am now waiting for the OWNERS to resolve this issue and refund me the cost of the part and labor and programing fees I was charged for and never actually Received due to a Techs inability to properly diagnose the problem.My recommendation Is If anyone uses HCS Auto Care to get every part number and request the old part also.

This is without a doubt the BEST place to go! the same service at Mercedes would have cost $1200. They charged $106.00. Classy, fast, accommodating and efficient. I’m a customer for life.Services: Carburetor cleaning

A/C now works but now I have grease smudges everywhere, a/c vent broken, hood release broken, plastic panels not fitting back into place…**UPDATE**Eli called and was able to work with me to correct the issues that were left behind after fixing the a/c. I am grateful for his willingness to do this.

Over the past few months HCS has done quite a bit of work on my vehicles ranging from electrical, axcels, headlights, to oil changes. Their work has been very thorough and reasonably priced. Staff and technicians have worked hard to earn my business and I believe that's due to their Christian business model and foundation.

Had ac issues. In and out. Fantastic!Kept me informed. Got diagnosis and repair went so smooth. Michelle and Sheldon are fabulous. Price was very affordable. Wonderful experience. Have used them many times and I will always take my vehicles here for repairs. Top notch trustworthy excellent.

This is one of the sorriest automotive repair shops i have dealt with in a while. They tried to tell me I needed a whole lot of extra work done to my vehicle other than what it went in for. The sales person quoted me ridiculously high prices which caused me to decline service. Upon declining service I was charged a $150 diagnostic fee before I could pick up my vehicle. Upon paying the fee and picking up my vehicle I was given a printout of services declined. Said print out also had the prices listed and they were about 1/2 price from what I was quoted by the salesman. I have tried contacting them through a couple of different avenues to ask why the salesman tried overcharging me and the only response I have received is this stupid survey.

HCS has always gone above and beyond for me. They make things easy for me to understand while also not making me feel d**** which I truly appreciate. I call them with every d*** car question I have and they are always so patient and nice. My very first experience with them was going in for an alignment I swore I needed but they double checked anyway and found I just had a bad tire, potentially saving me hundreds of dollars. Will always recommend HCS to anyone who asks.

They were amazing!!! Very detailed and gave us a clear outline of expenses. All digitally. Didn't have to go in Everytime something changed or they had new information. I came for an oil change and everyone was very nice. I like their little waiting area setup, and the atmosphere. Jeremy was very friendly and informative about some issues that were found during the inspection. I’m so thankful that he explained to me in detail and was patient with me. I will continue to bring my car here as I felt everyone was honest and they took the time to review issues with my vehicle. Thank you!
