“Last good fabric store in Fayetteville/ Springdale. Lots of great fabrics and you can special order lots of additional fabrics. Owners are super nice and prices are reasonable for quality upholstery fabric.”

“I just visited the Springdale branch. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Josie. Hopefully that is correct spelling, if not please excuse me. At the other branch I wasn’t even greeted or asked if I needed help. As 3 lady’s were at the counter. Not only did Josie greet me she put me on the exact location of the fruit trees I was interested in for my clients. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with customer service. Great job young lady. Thank you for not saying we have pear trees and it turns out to be Cleveland Pear. Which happened to me at a different nursery. Therefore you received 5 stars.”

“They have a large professional showroom. They have very experienced staff. They didn’t push us to go one way or another, but showed us and talked to us about our options. And gave us all the different options that were available even on how the recliners reclined. we picked out a rug too because it went and we left happy because we had finished our last room that needed a beautiful dark blue indigo soft fabric, relaxing chair. We were very happy!”

“If I could give them 10 starts I would.I ordered the Square Olivia Turned Leg table and the Ender Sideboard. I know what chairs I want (also from James+James) and was going back and forth forever on which finish for the table would best compliment the other two pieces. I placed my order and then panicked wondering if I chose the best one out of the two finishes for what I wanted. Living in New York, and having to do all of this from samples and online photos added a pinch of anxiety, I otherwise would not have had if able to see it in a showroom for myself.I immediately emailed James+James and was quickly put at ease. Every person I spoke to and worked with at James+James was spectacular. They were incredibly quick to respond, they were patient and understanding with my million questions, each one of them was beyond knowledgable and informative, and really just went the extra mile to help make this as easy and stress free as possible. They even went so far as to text me pictures of the pieces I was looking at from their showroom while on a call with me, and where they didn’t have the pieces available to take pictures of, they located some elsewhere and sent those too.
