“We have purchased maybe 5 mattresses for ourselves and our parents from Seth at Denver Mattress in Springdale over the last few years. Seth is so knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. I was in recently for some parts needed to repair a bed and Rick from the Kansas store was in town helping and he was super nice and knew exactly what we needed. Great team here. No pressure sales they just want to help you get what you need.”

“From the moment I walked in the staff was very kind and helpful, but not overbearing like some sales people can be. I worked with Thomas and I appreciated his honesty as I tried to decide between two different style couches. He learned I was a returning customer and ended up making me a deal I couldn't walk away from. He set up for free same day delivery and offered to haul off my old sectional for an extra $40 which was a savings in my book. Greg and crew showed up a few hours later, but after unwrapping part of the new sectional discovered there was a missing brace and no way to connect the feet. They ended up leaving half of the couch and returning the following day with the other piece after verifying it had no defects at the warehouse. They put it together in no time, arranged it how I wanted in my living room and left no trash behind. It was a great experience from start to finish even if they did have to swap out half of the sectional and come back. They never complained and apologized for the inconvenience. Thanks guys, I love my new couch!”

“We unexpectedly were in the market for a new metal box spring for a king size bed. We made several calls to various stores in NWA and attempted to call this location but they did not pick up initially. That didn’t phase us, so we just kept calling around to gather prices. As we continued our calls, to our surprise this location called us back. The salesperson was knowledgeable and courteous. Even better, they had what we were looking for with a great price. We would definitely recommend this location for sure!”

“Stephanie helped us and the whole experience was great. Not pushy AT ALL which was not the case at the other stores we browsed in. Found a great sectional and the delivery fee that includes assembly was in my opinion very fair. We will be back!”
