This is an edit from a previous review. We left this gym after being there for a few years. Communication was always terrible. After issues with coaches got out of hand we left. The gym we're currently at has multiple girls from HDG that have all left on bad terms.

Hopes & Dreams is the most dishonest business I have ever dealt with. I wrote a $725 check for apparel fees a couple of weeks before my daughter quit gymnastics and they cashed that check FOURTEEN MONTHS later. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY APPAREL. So they saved and cashed a check for goods I never received. Look up all of the judgements and liens against them as people and a business. It’s mind blowing how they are still in business. They are competing in the Bahamas this weekend and their typical poor money management has obviously gotten bad enough to cash a 14 month old check for a service they never gave me.Thankfully I have a great lawyer and I am thankfully to finally get some justice for many things!

Great so far. We switched to Hopes and Dreams from another gymnastics gym in Fayetteville, and we are glad we did. They actually provide instruction to develop the kids' gymnastics skills. The only negative is that it's cramped in there with limited seating for parents, but they are moving to a new facility soon. Hopefully, it will be bigger.

I have been around the sport of gymnastics for many years (30) and know quality gymnastics instruction. The Hopes and Dreams staff possess and demonstrate skills, knowledge and attitude expected of the sport. They are extremely diligent in their duties and always have the best interest of their gymnast at heart. I have unwavering trust in their abilities to develop an OUTSTANDING gymnast and DRIVEN adult. I would consider nowhere else! I give them a 10 star!!!!!

We have loved our experience with Hopes and Dreams and the relationships the coaches have built with my daughter. She really enjoys the private lessons we’ve done and loves her teammates. It’s more than just a sport at HDG; it’s a family.

My daughter went to hopes and dreams…twice. Second time I thought, she’s older I’ll give them another chance. I feel like unless your kid comes in with talent, they will stay in the same low level class taught by college students who do very little actual instruction. They will tell the girls what to do by then not help them improve technique at all. My kid stayed in the same low level class for 6 months doing the same things over and over again with absolutely no advancement. Most of the time I would catch the teachers of her class staring at the girls on team that they weren’t even coaching. As if the girls they were coaching weren’t entertaining enough. What my experiences taught me is that if you want to go anywhere with this gym you have to join with gymnastics talent. Otherwise your kid with say in the same low level class without advancement. Period.

This place refused to give me my daughter’s meet dates and locations after multiple requests. The coach even told me she didn’t have access to dates 2-4 weeks prior nor would she give me the date or time of the meet happening the following day. Only through another person was I able to find out the dates so that we could be present. Additionally. the gym’s air conditioner wasn’t working properly during the summer and was over 98 degrees while young girls were practicing for 3 hours— and made to run inside for over 25 minutes. This happened over the course of 3 weeks.

Hopes and Dreams has been a wonderful experience for all three of our girls! They have helped them grow physically and mentally. The coaches are amazing and our girls have thrived under their care.

My daughter Kinsley (3 years old) had her first tiny tot gymnastics class today. I am overwhelmed with how nice everybody was, from being greeted, to the teacher. We had a substitute today and she was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this gym, they are AMAZING! ? 10/10 for us!!

Please visit the place before signing up. Glad my daughter did, on a visit with “Team” She stayed for maybe twenty minutes and left because the team was rude and abusive. The girls were snobby and hit her multiple times with a hand and elbow to the head running and scratched across the foot and hand as she ran by. Essentially they wanted her to stay in the back. I understand she was the “new kid” However in team sports (or any aspect of life) that should never happen, because you are “one” as a team.I know most who read this would agree, having any background in sports would agree, the coaches would have made us run our butts off if we did something remotely close to that to someone trying out for our team. We are also not the type of family that takes things easy, we taught our kids you have to earn things and deal with difficulties so for her to walk and say “No” it was bad.
