They are very responsive. My garage spring broke at 8pm and they were there the next morning at 7:30am. They always do a great job in explaining prices and options before fixing. I have used this company for two years and they have always provided great service.

So grateful for Integrity Overhead Door. Brett has been out to the house to help us twice now and both times he was right on top of it, first to help us program our outdoor garage door opener and then he came back to replace a spring. He was on time, efficient, and explained everything to me in easy to understand language. Highly recommend!

Great experience from the start! I had to get a quote for repairs, then I had to change the time and I was late to meet the tech. Not 1 time was anyone upset or hateful! The lady's in the office I worked with, Heather and her assistant (sorry, I don't remember her name), we're great! Then I met Glen! Glen was amazing, had us up and running in no time! He even gave us tips on how to keep our doors running smooth! Highly recommend!

This company is excellent. I was trapped in my garage. They arrived within the hour and less than 30 minutes later they replaced two springs and fixed my cable and I was good to go. Brett was awesome!

Called for a quote talked to Ryan and he was absolutely useless didn't know anything about the product he was selling. Do yourself a favor and just call overhead door to talk with someone that knows what's going on
