“I always have a quick in and out experience. On 2-23 (my birthday) I was depositing a large amount of cash but I didn't count it before hand. Deposited it but the receipt rang up as only $600 something. I thought it was wrong but left anyway thinking maybe I had the wrong count. Rechecked my database (since it was money from a fundraiser) and sure enough it was way off. I went back in, told Ana (the teller helping me) what was going on a d she rechecked everything with her manager Joe (I think). There was an error in the processing so they had to check the balance of the machine vs. the inputted balance and sure enough it was off by over $3000. So they fixed it for me and I was on my way. Ana, Joe, and Nick (the guy who promptly stated checking deposits for the day) were all calm and collective and very reassuring. Great team to be in the hands of.”
