I recently had an unfortunate accident where I hit a car in my own driveway—talk about embarrassing! Joe Bumper turned the whole situation around. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, understanding, and didn’t make me feel worse about my mishap. The team went above and beyond to repair the damage, and when I got my car back, it looked better than new! They even took the time to detail the inside of the car, which was a wonderful and unexpected surprise. Their attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. I’m so grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend Joe Bumper to anyone in need of repairs.

Got me in right away, amazing work. Staff & Owner are extremely Friendly. I recommend them to everyone. I am probably going to return to get detailing work which I found out they do. If you need work you need to call and have them take care of you.

I have come here for two vehicles, the first was about a year ago and I just got a different one repaired from a nasty hit-and-run. They do a phenomenal job with everything, my car looks brand new! They help and work with insurance to try and get the repair costs as low as possible to help people not get their cars totaled out. If not for them I’d be car hunting right now, but instead I got to keep my car and am so happy and grateful. They also have a lifetime warranty with the repair if anything stops working out of the blue. John is a great guy, both him and the shop in general are very transparent with everything regarding your vehicle’s condition and repairs, not to mention their speed with getting your car fixed. Highly recommend them regardless of your insurance, they will do an excellent job.

This place is amazing!! They are super friendly and on their stuff and get you in and out asap!! I usually get rubbed wrong by shops but this place is super communicative and pay attention and keep a wicked good attitude. Will always get service here from now on 108/100%

I had my Legend boat trailer fender replaced due to an accident.
Joe Bumper did an excellent job painting it even though they didn’t have a color match to go by.

Joe Bumper Collision doesn’t do just collision work. They do all kinds of things related to your vehicle! I had several lights all of a sudden go out on my car. I stopped by Joe Bumper and they fixed me up!!! They didn’t make fun of me for not doing it myself or for coming to see them! Every one of the employees were kind and courteous to me! They completed the job as quickly as possible and I was on my way! Thanks Brook and guys for a job well done and a very satisfied customer!!!

I have been using Joe bumper for many years and so has my mother, no matter if the job is big or small they have very competitive pricing and go the extra mile to please their customers. They gave me a loaner car and touched up some paint chips on my car at no extra charge and did a great job putting body side moulding on my Toyota Corolla which will hopefully save me some dings. Highly recommend.
