Had to call these guys 4 times asking to get a simple quote on a mini split system: often getting put on 10+ minute holds. After every call they said they’d email me back the quote but never did. Never seen a company work so hard to not make sales

I never thought I’d find the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time at a heat and air supply company! Junior absolutely saved the day for me after my A/C fan went out. I came in with a fan motor with barely visible numbers and he was able to figure out my mess and get me exactly what I needed. He was VERY knowledgeable and had me up and running the same day! Thanks Junior!! 🙏

I wandered in looking for a piece for my office thermostat. (FYI - it's not a regular store, they seem to be a supplier for contractors.) Immediately, a guy (James) came over to help and helped me figure out and find what I needed and I was in and out in minutes. Seriously great service, price was fair, would def recommend.

Conversation is as follows: Them: “johnstone can I help you?†Me: “yeah, hey I am looking to see if you have any lineset cover?†Them: “uh yeah I think we got some of that white stuff. “ Me: ok (gives off list of materials needed) Them: uh yeah I mean we got a little bit of everything, I'll need some time to check and see what we got.†Click... Was I going to call you back or what? I dunno... I swear it's like this in every state with these guys. It's like they don't want my money. Like it's got the plague or leprosy.
