I'm giving it a 3 only because last year they were great. this year husbands machine died on Sunday 3 days post op. unenthusiastic rep on phone said he'd try to reach someone in LR office. I assume regional on call and get back. he did not call me back and when I reached out again first call disconnected. second try got a voicemail with full mailbox. Full knee replacement 3 days ago

I was visiting my parents from out of state and failed to pack the power cord for my CPAP. They were able to locate a power cord at a reasonable price. The staff was kind and helpful.

Smoke filled office!! What's up with that?? Smoking inside is not legal in Arkansas and seems to be in exceptionally bad taste to have a smokey facility if you're helping people who already have health issues!! 1 staffer was incredibly helpful ... 1 seemed annoyed that we were there - let alone that we had questions! In case it's not already obvious I was not impressed and will not be going back or using their services!!

I had a CPM for three weeks after knee surgery. I found this company to be extremely helpful and quick to respond. I had a problem, which turned out to be my own mistake because I had the machine set improperly, and they handled my issue immediately and professionally.
