Stopped at the Kum and Go in Brighton, Co. They wanted $2 for a 50 cent bottle of water. Talk about gouging! I thought I was at a Marriot Hotel! No thanks.

OK so that was the 2nd time I have been to this Kum-N-Go to get a quick snack. Both times I have been unable to finish by sandwich because of the taste. Way over priced too.

Update 3 months later still nasty bathrooms the cashier said “I think it’s gonna get cleaned today” not sure tho. ? fyi the manager and kitchen staff were all having a great time talking and enjoying the day.

There are 3 truck parking spots available with limited parking due to local drivers. I was still able to park in last spot which came in handy!

I stopped in this come and go because it said I could put money on my chime card like you can at all coming up. The lady behind the counter told me she didn't know how to do it she only know how to do cash out, she had no interest in helping me whatsoever and, just wrote me off and ignored me. I would strongly suggest never going to this come and go or any come and go because that's how most of them are

Absolutely no food from their kitchen area. Not a single slice of pizza or anything. Nobody even working back there. Was out of several fountain soda flavors. The intersection and driveways are in the worst possible location ever. Can't even hardly get out into traffic and had to make a right hand turn due to the stoplight and intersection. Won't be visiting this location again.

This location needs to stop with the gas cutoff limit. Let people pump whatever amount if gas they want likethe other locations.

Worst experience of my life the other day! There was one person(Destiny) checking people out with a long line. She was checking people out on one register and I was next in line so she said she would get me on the other register, and when I was swiping my card, the touch pad didn’t work, I told her it wasn’t working (while she was still using other register to check other people out) and she told me to try again, which I did, & she pushed the red cancel button and told me to try again( a 3rd time) to which I did yet the touch pad was still not working. Then she said they’ve been having issues with it and try again and when I did it didn’t work, she blamed my card. So she’s probably checked out 3 other people on other register that were behind me. So I said you’ll have to check me out on other register so I moved over. And she told me to move, someone was there in front of me. All while I had been patiently waiting for the other register to work doing what she asked. I said I wasn’t waiting to be helped any longer. She then called (Grace) up to front. Keep in mind there’s a line of probably 30 people behind me. Where was she when clearly the Destiny girl needed help. Her sassy poor attitude was the absolute worst. I’ve never had any experience like this in any grocery store or convenience store I’ve ever been to. It’s unfortunate this was my go-to Kum & go! Won’t be back!

I just visited this place at 6:15 pm today. When I bought beer the male employee asked to scan my ID. I said you can look at it. He said no...I have to scan it. I told him I did not think that was correct. Then a female employee standing next to him said they do have to scan it. I told her I bought beer in here a few weeks ago and did not have to have my ID scanned. She said that she is the manager and it has been Kum & Go's policy since October. I said "Yeah, I won't be back". She said "Fine!", and became rather belligerent. I told her I could buy beer at a liquor store just down the road and they do not scan your ID. She said, "Well go there then". Yeah...I won't be back. Which is a shame because I used to stop in there a lot on my way home after work.Btw, I searched online and could not find anything about Kum & Go's policy to scan IDs. What I did find is that they may be able to pull a lot of information from the scan.

Worst experience of customer service I’ve ever had! Destiny not only didn’t listen to us that touch pad wouldn’t work, she refused to check us out on other register after which caused a big scene. This girl needs to be fired.
