I love the service and the quality of furniture here . I bought a king size adjustable bed ( amazing) we just purchased an entire special order living room recline couch love seat chair and ottoman. Will have by Christmas merry Christmas to us, thank you the most amazing sales person he had my bed in less than 15 minutes with free delivery and set up, he worked with us this past week as we decided on all the different styles and fabrics for our entirely new living room, thank you so much Troy brown see you in January for our new basement furniture

The worst service...I will go into complete details if this does not get my husband and I a response. Numerous calls. Went into the store in person the lady at back desk claimed she couldn't read my skew to see what i had ordered to know what i was "supposed" to have receieved. Mind you, i had my receipts in hand. We have been waiting since May to get the proper bed for our couch., the proper pillows as well. The claim for a credit once your product delivers does not exist.There is more... we will see if Jim Barnes gets a call about his purchase at the Springdale AR. Location. Now that I finally had to resort to a horrible review. Dalton our salesman has not delivered, he sold us and never answered another call.Terribly dissappointed and this was a nice size purchase with multiple pieces.This surprised me about Lazy Boy always thought they were reputable.I have more furniture to purchase but not from here if it's not resolved.I was told I would get a call back when I went to the store ? nothing at all.

We had a wonderful experience here . Noah was our salesperson and he was amazing also Mr.Brown helped us out finding the furniture I wanted online Everyone there was so helpful and super nice. If you need furniture this is the place to go.

LazBoy is an excellent product and we have been a loyal customer for many years! Our salesperson was Mike Berrios and he is excellent in all things regarding customer service. He is very helpful and knowledgeable of the products without being pushy.

Had a great experience at this store! Lots of quality living room furniture at reasonable prices! Very friendly and helpful sales team as well. Ask for Dalton when you go in, he is knowledgeable and friendly! He went the extra mile for us. Happy that the store delivers to Fort Smith as well.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST! They can't get anything right.In a nutshell, we purchased 2 matching loveseats. When delivered, one was the wrong loveseat. It turns out, the only matching loveseat on the face of the earth was a floor model in their store. The manager said if we cancelled our order there was a 10% restocking fee (even though they couldn't fulfill their side of the sale). If we hadn't really liked the loveseats we would have told her she could have everything back and we'd see her in court. Instead we opted for the floor model.So the wrong one had to go back to the warehouse and a new one had to come from the store. Nothing could happen on the same date. Once everything was finally delivered and picked up, we waited 3 weeks for credit back. Finally called to get credit. Got shorted over $120 on the credit and they said it was "a tax thing". I give up at this point. And by the way, we never once received a call from the salesman who got commission on the sale. Way to go, Troy Brown.

La z boy chairs are great.Sales process/folks, at least in Springdale store, not so much.Seemed more interested in selling finance and protection plans than selling chairs.When I declined finance/protection, and just wanted to buy outright, was told I'd have to go to Tulsa to pick up one chair, and that free delivery on the other was contingent on accepting finance/protection plan.As I said, love the chairs.PS, I bought same model/color on_line, paid freight, taxes and all in, $1400 cheaper for only two chairs

I had a new sales person who keep needing help, plus she did not know how to explain the rewards program. I did not want the rewards program but had to paid $135.00 for it. They should have had someone with her helping. I like La-Z-Boy furniture but was not happy with the sales person.

Worked with one of the better Sales associates I’ve ever dealt with at any retailer. Andy Cerda was exceptionally knowledgeable of the merchandise and even talked to me over the phone on his day off to ensure delivery went as planned. I love my new recliner! Give this man a promotion.

Our salesman, Troy, did a great job of allowing us to peruse the stock at our leisure. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to steer us to the highest priced furniture. He would check in with us every five minutes or so, answer any questions we had, directing us to the furniture he thought would best fit those answered questions, and then leave us to experiment with their feel. The financing paperwork was efficiently handled, and it was quickly approved. Overall, a pleasant experience at this store. Thank you, Troy.

My daughter purchased a lazyboy recliner for Father's Day last April it did not get delivered until December . She paid extra for service contract within three months the back broke and the reclining mechanism broke, now they won't repair it because it is unsanitary, no accidents happened no spillage had happened. But a good way of dealing with the problems(. All they want to do is sell the product and get your money.Service department has very rude people.Update: due to my persistence to get the chair fixed the chair's return mechanism They sent a secondary company to repair but this time after sanitizing the chair per their instructions is broken i had bed urinal placed by chair so that is why they said the chair was unsanitary. I was told still unsanitary urinal by the chair sorry guys I moved it before you arrived, try again the broken parts were rusted sorry guys Aluminum does not rust it corrodes they would not send the pictures that proved their points , never asked to take them but they will not share. Sorry four months is not acceptable furniture life. The recliner it was replacing was 25 years old and not broken. At this point in time I don't know what is worse poor quality of Lazyboy or the lies from Mathis Brothers

Good experience. Dalton was the sales associate and he was good humored and relatable. They had a great deal on some mirrors which he showed me right away and I bought 3. I was looking for stone and iron tables and I bought 2. The deal is not quite finished for it will take up to a couple of weeks for delivery but I'm sure all will be fine because they are professional. The store looked real good and everyone is nice. *** I recieved my tables. The delivery was prompt, The guys were in and out fast and they did their job well.

I am disappointed with the service I received at this location. The sales woman, who I believe was the store’s design specialist, was knowledgeable yet cold and her behavior suggested that she felt her time was more valuable than mine. In the middle of checking out I received an urgent phone call from a family member that I needed to take- the sales woman stared at me throughout the phone call and seemed annoyed-she was free to excuse herself at that time and help other customers. Further education regarding customer service would be beneficial as recliners are an expensive purchase and more respectful conduct is owed by staff.
