This place is so fast. The last time I needed a tire, they got it done in 9 minutes. If there are people in line in front of you, obviously it will take longer but at that speed, it's not a big deal.

Came out of work to a flat tire, I put enough air in the tire to get me to Lalo's tire in Springdale, AR. They got me in quick and back on the road quickly approximately 30-45 min. Very friendly as well.Great job guys

These guys are THE BEST in NWA. They have helped me numerous times with my Audi, and have an affordable service for the quality they possess with Suspension, Tire Replacements and other repairs. The Lionhart brand tires are perfect for everyday driving and have treated my 2000mi+ journeys to/from Chicago quite well, especially with those garbage roadways in IL.Big Ups to the Crew. They will order ANY tire you need. Same with Rims. And they aren't the fake China rims either. They're Consummate Professionals. Don't go anywhere else for Tires, Rims, or Suspension. These dudes are the real deal.

The guys are very nice and friendly, also very knowledgeable but i took my wheels to swap tires, rims are 100% new never used in the road, during the tire swap, 3 of my rims got damage ?. Not the place to install brand new rims.

I was offered nothing less than the best when I was serviced at Lalo’s Custom. As soon as I got into the waiting room I was met with the upmost respect. I got 4 new wheels and tires at a killer cost and they installed everything in no time. The team even offered any additional help moving forward for my cars safely. All in all Lalo’s made a life time customer and I wanted to say something about it?

Thes guys are great! I had concerns about my suspension and they could have just said they were bad, I didn't know, but they were honest and instead of updating me, they got my tires and alignment in record time! Tldr, honest, quick, friendly, and just all around great experience!

Very excellent fast service today my tire is not a normal size but they had them in stock pulled up they come out and got my tire and within 10 minutes had already had the new one mounted and out the door very great prices I recommend this tire shop to anyone
