“Martin” is the definition of a d bag. I’ve never met a “professional” that acted so entitled and arrogant. Couldn’t stop mentioning that his brother is the owner and that any concerns I had weren’t valid? I’d say he’s a “good ol boy” but he’s not. I got the vibes of somebody trying to act like one, which is maybe worse? I got a vibe that everyone there above manager level views themselves as Gods gift to earth. Laughable. I was excited to bank local but the arrogance carried here is off the charts.

I was an employee of the bank for 9+ years - from the pre-opening in 2005 until 2014. So, I've been gone long enough that I can't confirm or deny issues others may have had. But no one intentionally would answer fraudulently on transactions. I'm sure, like many other places, front line employees may not have all the answers and try to appease the customer rather than trying to look inept. I've continued to bank at LNB even though I wound up working for another bank and have since gotten out of banking. Their folks are some of the best in banking that I'm aware of in NWA. Snow on the ground. Sitting in the drive thru. Dude tells me tellers won't be in for an hour. I need to deposit check so I can get gas. Manager comes down and takes care of me. This is why I bank local. Thanks guys!!!!

I could not agree with Amanda more. Though I never had trouble accessing money, they made mistake after mistake with my account. It was a battle every month getting corrections made. I finally grew tired and changed banks. They are greedy, best word to describe "BANKSTERS"

Do you want to arbitrarily not be able to access your money? Prefer it when bank employees all give you a different story and never have a clue what's going on? This is the bank for you. So unprofessional. I cannot even begin to describe the nightmare it has been banking with Legacy. I love small banks but this one is awful and the employees- while moderately polite- are clueless and entirely unhelpful. You will regret banking here. Go anywhere else.

Stephen Wright is the WORST lender I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. Thankfully they represented the buyer, not myself. I would have never picked such an inexperienced lender. He held up the sale of one of my homes after giving a clear to close because he didn’t understand how the purchasing process works. Don’t give clear to close unless it is clear to close. It’s simple really. I do NOT recommend working with this bank. If you’re selling your home and the buyer is using this lending company, RUN! I had to get attorneys involved because of his lack of competency in the industry in which he is employed. Completely asinine, utter nonsense, a complete waste of time and ignorance is all you’ll get with this lender. As an employer, I would reconsider his employment status.

Legacy National Bank has the most amazing and dedicated staff . I have had issues activating a corporate card before the pandemic shutdown and during the 6 week span the staff never gave up getting me what I needed and hand delivered a new debit card to my place of work and walked me through the process of setting it up corporate wise. Once we finally got it to work I called the teller who has been helping me (Betsy) and let her know the good news and we celebrated. Great customer service, going beyond what it takes to make things right. I highly recommend this bank.

Nope don't recommend they are losing 3 customers this month. One they were still charging 5.00 service charge on all their Legacy L accounts and whwn they went to just regular accounts they didn't tell customers they were xha Gung and found out still charging 5.00 service charge
