This review is for Lincare’s RN Amy Johnson! An amazingly patient person. I’ve had to have her over here so many times. I have to wear a bpap machine. It has taken me so many times to get it right on wearing this thing. She always has a smile on her face and reassures the patient. They are very lucky to have her!

Your tech that delivered the machine and instructions was the best! His instructions were very easy to understand and it was obvious to me that he is devoted to his job.

I have not seen a representative since I moved to a new apartment on May 15, 2023. My machine needed replaced and that was done promptly. I did get a text or phone call asking about my supplies.

I wish I could rate Lincare with 0 stars because they are a total dumpster fire. I was double billed for my CPAP supplies on my July shipment and they acted like they didn’t believe me. I answered a call from them earlier and it was a recording telling to call Lincare. I called them and was left on hold for 26 minutes. During that time I paid my double billed payment on my credit card online even though it was twice what I should have been charged to get rid of them. The billing lady told me it was probably the supply people calling after telling her I just paid the balance. I called the supply people and told them never to send me any supples ever again because I was switching companies. Dealing with them is almost as bad as calling the IRS. Good riddance!

We have used this company since 2009 for our healthcare facilities. We have not had issues until the past year. Kelly at the Springdale office is extremely rude, she refuses to speak with us, as we have been trying to get our money back since April of this year. Just today, when we called, she told a gentleman that she refused to speak to us.Jordan at that office is not truthful, Amy received equipment and signed a form, but also refuses to return calls. Billing, which is a separate number that you call and you’re on hold a minimum of 22 to 30 minutes continues to state that the Springdale office is not submitting the returns properly Kelly does not seem to care if Lincare loses our current business with 100 plus patients, and future business. Billing keeps telling us what the Springdale office is not sending communication correctly for us to get a refund. Our facilities are changing to a different DME company asap. Will never use Lincare again! It’s a shame that one or two people within the company do not care if they lose the business of 100 plus patients and are allowed to refuse to speak to someone?Customer service should be of the utmosts importance,, but it is not to Lincare, by proof of their actions. We have called and left three messages in the past week to speak to the office manager there, still no response. You decide for yourself.

I just spoke to Dwight &got everything straight he is indeed a great manager for lincare I explained to him about my issues and concerns and is going to get things straightened out and made me feel comfortable with using there company I'm just sorry I had to get so upset over this situation Jordan is much more professional sure glad she works for lincare once again Amy got me fixed rt up

They are fantastic. Their staff is very helpful getting your oxygen needs, and equipment. Amy Johnson is my Lincare rep and I am very pleased with all she does for me. That's why I give Lincare 5 Stars!

DO NOT use Lincare. The people are nice at this location, but they still made mistakes, one which almost caused me to overdraw on my bank account and I immediately took them off my automatic withdrawal 1. because they told me wrong information and 2. because the company cannot manage to send billing statements. I have made multiple requests (5 minimum) for billing statements and I think I received maybe 2 statements in almost a year now. I keep getting told yes ma'am we will fix it and it doesn't get fixed. The nurse that set up my CPAP also told me I couldn't find replacement parts for my CPAP online (I'd have to order with them of course), which I have found them online and for fraction of the cost of what I paid them originally through Lincare and the are not knock off parts either. When my insurance changed they tried to tell me I would have to start over on my payments on my CPAP, and I let them know that wasn't going to happen and they weren't going to double dip me on the machine and that's the only thing I've managed to get straight with them. It is beyond me how Lincare has a good score with the BBB.
